Motorhome date change
I needed to change our motorhome dates, and I could do it all online, new quote, new payment, and the insurance changed with it too. MUCH easier than waiting on hold to call centre.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, made a campervan request to Toronto on Aug.25, have two automatic email sent back says delay in process every until Aug.29, sure things happen,
Then no more updates, they didn’t mentioned any vehicle availability at all
Called their customer service last Friday during the RV company’s work time, the agent says they will give me an update in 24-48 hours, no reply, waited after the weekend, trying to called them today,
They HANG UP on me 4 times, sent email to get update, no answer, it’s been almost two weeks trying to get a vehicle confirmation
Please give me an update IM3757172 and let me cancel this request

Thank you for reporting your concern to us. We apologize that we have failed to meet your expectations and for the negative experience you had.
Please know that we are an independent booking agency, we represent many rental suppliers and 95% of our vehicles are presented as “On Requests” on our website due to limited availability within timing and location. Therefore, we allow 48-72 hours to check the availability with the suppliers. The reason why this was delayed longer was that the office was closed in Canada due to Labour Day.
Your booking was canceled as you requested on the day, but due to a system error, you did not receive a confirmation. I apologize again for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
I have emailed you a confirmation of the cancelation. Please Let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Beware deceptive pricing,hidden fees
Booking process was easy and efficient. Total price was clearly displayed as a total price prior to booking and on my confirmation email.
HOWEVER, there was a hidden fee of $182 in GST not clearly disclosed anywhere throughout booking process. This GST is payable on vehicle collection.
According to NZ consumer law, it states -:
"Businesses must clearly identify any additional costs or charges before you buy. This includes things like insurance cover, charges for driving to the airport, booking fees or GST."
I am hoping GoSee will rectify this matter for my booking and will actively make changes to their website to remove this misleading conduct for consumers using GoSee in the future.

Debo dar las gracias a Gosee. Han arreglado el intento de engaño de easicampers y me han ingresado la diferencia, dicen que entre 3 y 5 dias laborables estará ingresada en mi tarjeta de crédito. Pratik, perdona por el comentario (es lógico por la tardanza y por lo poco que me habían gustado los señores de easicampers). Todo el comentario corregido y arreglado. Buen trabajo. Lástima que no seamos capaces de conseguir las facturas. Espero que mi denuncia a easicampers por posible dinero negro y engañar a la hacienda de Escocia sirva para algo. Dejo el mensaje primitivo para que se pueda ver el trabajo que has tenido y mi agradecimiento. Gracias de nuevo
Mensaje primitivo: Por mediación de Gosee alquilé dos autocaravanas, una de 6 camas y otra de 4. Cuando fui a recogerlas me dieron dos de 4 camas. He pedido el dinero de diferencia y el suministrador (easicampersUK) le dicen al mediador (Gosee) que me han dado la mejor que tenían de 6 plazas. Al mediador de mi problema (de nombre Pratik) le he dado todas las pruebas del mundo (fotos, facturas, contratos) para que vea que estoy en lo cierto pero cree al suministrador. Me han quitado 1200€ de la fianza, me olvidé la llave de una de ellas y me han cobrado por los días que no la han podido utilizar porque no tenían copia ??¿¿?? y de la otra no me dicen por qué se han quedado ese dinero. Les he pedido facturas por esos cargos y no me las mandan. Desastre total
