I often walked outdoors with barefoot…
I often walked outdoors with barefoot to get grounded, but it’s too cold and not safe to do so. Until I found this grounding shoes, it feels amazingly comfortable like bare feet walking but so much safer from weeds bugs and cold floors! This shoe not only comfortable it provides freedom of my knees, hips and entire joints …. I just love it and will not wear any other kinds of walking shoes !
Besides great shoes, the customer service were amazing, I made a mistake on my orders, and requested cancellation with refund, and the company responded my request within 10 minutes and resolved the issue immediately, finally got my refund credited back to my account the next day ! I was deeply impressed by their efficiency and adequate execution of the matter ! Their customer service team was awesome and helpful…. I will buy the grounding shoes from this company again and again, also highly recommend it to my friends and everyone .

Grounded footwear has helped me so…
Grounded footwear has helped me so much. I was falling 2-3 times a month. It was getting serious because I knew I would end up getting injured. Getting old is no fun! These shoes are comfortable and easy to walk in. They allow my feet to feel the ground I’m walking on thus I am not falling at all! I didn’t think a shoe could help me solve a problem like falling but it certainly helped. My 34 yr old son moved in with me and he didn’t have comfortable shoes to wear to work, he is on his feet all day. One day I was looking for my shoes and then I thought he wore them! He wears an 11 I wear a 9. So after he bought him some shoes for working in restaurants he left them for me after walking on the back of the shoes. I ordered me another pair. Old pair is for outside work new ones are for in the house and going places. I love them.

I tested wearing/walking around in…
I tested wearing/walking around in these shoes for 48 hours indoors. I had no issues wearing them and became accustomed to walking in them easily. Today was the real-world test. 3 miles on a concrete walk path with moderate slopes, wearing a 23 lb weight vest and carrying 40 ounces of water. Results are as follows: 1. The laces. I stopped multiple times to repull and tighten the laces as they continuously loosened over time. Not a show stopper, but more of a PITA - initially. 2. By mile 1.7, hot spots began in the balls of both feet and both heels. This is a significant issue. I was wearing thin, moreno wool/nylon socks and experienced foot slippage in the shoes. As of this moment (2.5 hours after the walk), resting (shoeless), the foot hot spots are still a significant issue. It remains to be seen if blisters appear within the next 12 hours. I am withholding my decision to return them and am curious to see if there are others with the same problem.

My experience with Grounded Footware…
My experience with Grounded Footware deserves a shout-out on two levels:
First, the Freedom shoes my wife and I purchased performed well-beyond our expectations. I no longer shuffle when I walk due to the stability the shoes provide. My wife was skeptical at first; but now she wears then all of the time.
Second, I ordered the wrong size when purchasing our second pair of shoes. I emailed their support and received a prompt response. They provided me with options which assisted me in making the making the right decision.
In a time when it difficult to get people to even respond, the art of great customer service is not lost on the staff at Grounded Footware. My interaction with them has been a breath of fresh air.
I owned a small company for 32 years before selling it in 2019. My motto has always been that it’s not the challenge you face, it’s how you handle it that makes the difference. Grounded Footware has handled my challenge very well.
In summary, the shoes live-up to their expectations and the company stands behind their products. If you have interest in their shoes, I will attest that you will not regret your decision to purchase.

Most Comfortable Shoes
My husband and I, both in our 70's, love these shoes. We wore the shoes on an eight day river cruise along the Columbia River. Much walking outside. Feet were dry even after walking in the rain. Very comfortable. Felt like we were wearing nothing on our feet. Slips on easily. Ample room in the shoe box. No foot pain after wearing the shoes all day.

I placed an order on 4/29
I placed an order on 4/29. 11 days later, still no delivery.
The website states specifically that customer's orders are shipped via UPS/USPS, with a typical arrival time of 3-5 business days.
On 4/6, I rec'd an email from their AI BOT, stating "You're order has landed". "Landed where, on the moon?" was my response, because there was no landing at my home. Also included in the BOT email was a tracking number, associated with "Amazon Shipping!"
If I wanted to be associated with Amazon, I'd have ordered from their site, and paid 50% less for these same shoes with FREE SHIPPING, than I paid by ordering directly from the Company Site, and paid $9.95 for them to ship the shoes to me using AMAZON SHIPPING!
On 4/10, I phoned Grounded Footwear Customer Service and was told the shipping was delayed all this time b/c the item I ordered has been "OUT OF STOCK".
During the 11 days of waiting for delivery, I've received 8 sales emails from this company. They seem to be able to send sales emails but are incapable of sending an email to advise of an item being "OUT OF STOCK"? How does a company expect to manage customer expectations this way?
Adding to the problem is the blatant misinformation regarding shipping.
Nowhere on their website is it mentioned that "AMAZON SHIPPING" is their carrier. UPS/USPS is the reference.
I've been told by their Customer Servive Team to now expect my order on Tuesday the 12th of May. The Amazon tracking number when tapped tells me delivery will be on Monday the 11th.
Returns are a joke...
It says free returns for size exchanges on their website. NOT TRUE!
They offer you a 30% discount on the new pair in the right size that they say they'll ship to you for free, but you, the customer, are responsible for the expense to return the wrong sized pair.
Then you, the customer have to call them with the USPS Tracking Number, but you are responsible for tracking when they received the returned item, and must call them to notify them that they received it, and then they issue a refund. Of course...these detailed instructions are not mentioned on their site anywhere.
Moral of the story...
Purchase elsewhere.
Discounts offered by less than honest companies who don't understand or care about the customer experience are not worth the frustration.

I have just purchased my second pair of Ground foot ware. At first I was sceptacle but gave them a try and would never stop wearing them.

My sister, who has bad knees, recommended them. They feel like slippers on my feet. Yet I walk 3 miles on pavement and they do not disappoint. I got my shoes in a little over a week…
I got my shoes in a little over a week and was amazed at how light they were and easy to get on and off. However. I live in a rocky terrain and they are not good with large or sharp rocks. They are OK with smaller pebbles. I walk each day over one hour continuously.
