If i could leave zero stars i would. I ordered my shoes March 15, 2026. My shoes arrived about 8 days later. Enthusiastically i put them on and they felt great until i noticed a small tear and the thread coming apart a few days later. I immediately called customer service and instead of saying we we apologize they said they would credit my account 20 dollars and i could order a new pair. I almost died laughing. So i said, i just got These shoes a few days ago and they are falling apart at the seams. They asked to send a photo which i did. They responded within hours and apologized and told me to use a glue to fix my shoe that shoe that should be under their 30 day warranty.
Stand by your product, you have seen the photo of the shoe literally falling apart at the seam, and you want me to fix what is a manufacturers defect. Clearly, you give 2 -(:);$& about your product and customer.

So far so good! I love the ease of wearing my new grounded shoes. They feel like house shoes or moccasins yet enough support and protection to walk outdoors. I am just in my first week but very pleased.

Poor fit!! Do not size up as company advises
For sometime, I had wanted to get flat shoes with no cushioning or distance between heel and toe and height. I was also looking for ones with an ample toolbox. IFor sometime, I had wanted to get flat shoes with no cushioning or distance between heel and toe and height. I was also looking for ones with a ample toolbox. I checked several places and they said that they rated Grounded the best in this type of shoe. Unfortunately, I do not agree. I initially was going to send them back, but decided to keep them due to the fact that I thought it was only an adjustment issue. I followed the advice of the website to order up in size because I was between sizes. To anyone reading this I do not recommend that you follow this advice as they slip off your feet very easily and when I’m walking outdoors, I have to keep fighting to keep them on my heel. I do not like the fastener method either. I wish I had gone with my first inclination to get Hike shoes.

I bought a pair of the shoes
I bought a pair of the shoes, but couldn’t wear them because of bad hammertoes on my left foot. Too bad cause they really seemed comfortable. Asked how to return them and got an instant reply to keep them and I would get a 30 percent credit. It was applied immediately. The people were very understanding. Very good to deal with. The company stood behind their shoes
The company stood behind their shoes. My first pair, the right one leaked. They took care of the problem with another pair which I had no problem with. I would like to get new insoles but haven't found a way to buy them on their site. The shoes help my back from hurting when I'm standing. I've tried alot of different shoes along the way and have found grounded to be the best so far. I've bout 4 more different pairs since my first purchase with no problem.

A shoe for the ages. Been using these grounded shoes for two…
Been using these grounded shoes for two years, and will continue to use them. Extremely comfortable, light, and fairly priced. Have yet to experience any type of foot pain. Use them for biking and walking. Not going back to the bulkier and much more expensive products that are on the market. By the way, I am a super senior.

Great Shoes, Great Customer Service
First, I absolutely love the shoes and they feel like wearing slippers. I’m recovering from back surgery and also working in Pilates to build core strength. When I read about grounding, I thought it would help me and it surely did!!!! Also there was an omission in my order and I contacted the company. Within an hour they responded with a personal message and refunded the missing item.

Uppers of shoes deteriorate quickly
The shoes are comfortable, but I've been wearing them for less than 3 months and they are falling apart. The uppers are made of some sort of very thin mesh material with strips of plastic. The mesh is already ripping and the plastic is cracking. The so called 90 day risk free guarantee on their website is deceptive advertising. Not worth the money for a shoe that can't make it to 3 months.

I was skepical as usual about Instagram…
I was skepical as usual about Instagram ads, being burned more than once before. I figured that for the price compared to custom insoles, etc why not take a chance? I was really surprised the moment I put themon and walked for a half an hour! I have worn them for three days straight with absolutely zero pain. They are so light yet they don't feel cheap at all. I am going to buy a second pair. Another custom insole would cost me $346 which would cover several pairs of these.

Comfortable feel
Comfortable feel. Wide toe box. Easy to slip on and off. However, questionable value because quality of material used does not seem durable. And Soles or bottom of shoes does not give much support. Same type of shoes can be bought online at lower price.

10+ Stars! I have suffered with bunions for several years, toes overlap and painful sores develop between my toes. Spacers don't help. Only option was to amputate my second toe, but my Podiatrist did not recommend it. Several Podiatrists have recommended various brands of expensive shoes, and I've bought all of them without relief! When I literally could no longer walk, I cut out the toe part of a pair of brand new Hokas shoes, but even that didn't help. Finally, I heard about Grounded footwear and decided to try a pair. From the first step, I knew I'd found relief. I could not be happier and when my first pair wore out, I bought 3 more pairs (black, beige, and white). I only change to a sandle-type shoe (Tevas with adjustable velcro straps) for Sunday wear, changing back as soon as I get home. I LOVE the way my posture, balance and overall health has improved since I started wearing Grounded shoes! I walk the dog for a couple miles every day now. If I were still a runner (now a little up in age [understatement]!), I would be able to run in these shoes, too! Maybe I'll try!

Safety. The shoes feel like walking barefoot which is a safe way of walking, for proper balance. I like them so much another pair in black to wear out and about, I use the white ones in the house.

What a difference Grounded shoes make
My husband has a balance issue. He found out in December 2025 that he has a disc and sheath problem in the lumbar area of his back. Unfortunately it is permanent. Since he has been wearing Grounded shoes his balance has improved immensely. I wouldn't of believed a pair of shoes could make a difference; but they do. We bought another pair. Total bliss for my painful feet!
They were extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had . When I received the shoes I had more questions and they helped with those as well.
I have very painful feet, with corns and ingrown toenails.It's hard for me to find comfortable shoes for any occasion - I mostly wear flip flops when the weather permits . The Grounded shoes are the most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet. I'm wearing them with no toe separators, bandaids, corn pads, and my feet don't hurt at all. For me, that's like a miracle.
