Joining Guestdiary has changed my life!
I am with Guestdiary since November 2024, prior to joining them I was forever trying to avoid double bookings by taking down rooms once a room was sold on one of the many platforms, even in the middle of the night. They also are very responsive to any queries I send by email. Joe in Bunratty

A smooth switch!
When I met with Guest Diary for the first time, I was very impressed with their professional look and offering. Upon deciding to switch, I was naturally apprehensive as we keep so busy, I needed the change to go smoothly. I had nothing to worry about as everything went really well. The booking platform is working very well for us, and the website that is incorporated is just the icing on the cake. We can easily run our hotel, updating our website quickly, rates, images and more. The team have been on hand at a moments notice for absolutely anything, working all hours to make sure we can run smoothly at all times. We get many calls/emails from companies trying to sell us things, however we never felt we were pushed or pressured to switch which was refreshing. I am really pleased with what guest diary has to offer.
Outstanding service and brilliant system
We have been live now with guest diary for a number of months and can safely say that it is flawless. We were previously using guest line for our FOH management. The switch from guest line to guest diary was a breeze. Thanks to guest diary’s fantastic team, they made switching systems hassle free and easier than could be expected.
The system itself is everything you could ask for, user friendly, efficient, easy to grasp and overall a neat and a brilliant software. There is extreme value for money with guest diary.
Guest diary’s customer service is second to none. They have been extremely helpful in getting us started, assisting us with any queries along the way. GuestDiary have been such an asset to our bed and breakfast. From the moment we first spoke to Dermot, he explained everything so well. He had the team set us up a fantastic website and then seamlessly synced our booking.com, air bnb and our own website bookings into our schedule which means we never have to worry about double booking etc. GuestDiary have taken all the stress of managing bookings away from us and we literally get an email when we get a new booking and that’s it. GuestDiary is also so useful to check our revenue reports, and other reports. The website team did such a great job designing our web site. They always get back to me super efficiently with answers to any questions we have and we could not recommend them enough. It's a no brainer
I was reluctant for many years to hand over my calendar to just any channel manager but after several double bookings and endless days spent updating rates across several platforms I made the decision to use Guest Diary. I am so happy I did and it has cut down my worries and work load considerably.
Easy to use and so helpful with all the charts and reports that can be run from it too.
It's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned and I'm so pleased that I finally took the plunge.
