We have been with Guestdairy since 2016 and find the system easy to use and a great way of managing bookings from all channels. Their customer service is very friendly and efficient. I have no issue recommending them to any perspective new clients

We have been with accubook and Guestdiary for ten years. Gerry and the team are terrific and deal with everything quickly and prompty.
I was tempted to go with a competitor but quickly realised our mistake, the ease of Guestdiary in terms of functionality and the small things, for example the various colour codes for provisional bookings, confirmed means that at a glance you can see where you are. The functionality of the site is terrific - but i tell you, the best thing is that you pick up the phone and dial an office number in Donegal, and you speak to a human and quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough,.

Guest Diary offers on line training videos which are easy to follow. The system is very easy to use. The strongest asset of the company is their Customer Services. It is excellent. Prompt, efficient and so helpful it marries well with any Hospitality Business where Customer Services is paramount. We would have no hesitation recommending Guest Diary.

Le logiciel est intuitif, bien conçu, personnalisable et dispose de tous les outils nécessaires pour mener à bien le fonctionnement de notre hôtel. En plus de la fluidité et l'intuitivité du logiciel nous bénéficions d'un accompagnement sans faille. Chaque question, chaque problème ou chaque doute rencontré est traité avec professionnalisme, sympathie et rapidité par les équipes d'Accubook. Une astreinte est également disponible le week-end ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les prestataires. Channel manager répondant à la plupart des besoins, PMS simple d'utilisation, équipe hyper réactive : Caroline et Romain toujours à l'écoute, ils trouvent toujours des solutions rapidement. Nos deux établissements utilisent GuestDiary !

Le planning est top, et l'équipe répond rapidement, malgré quelque difficulté sur notre site et quelque bug des factures, GuestDiary a comme même rendu le travail bien plus facile qu'on avait avant!

Love my Guest Diary
Been a small property and managing many OTA sites, I used to panic and check if I heard my phone notification in the middle of the night with fear in case I could over book.
I love that I can change my Website content and pictures from the Extranet portal too and add in events. But what I really Love Love is that I can set a automatic uplift for OTA sites to cover commissions and this inturn makes booking direct through my own website more competitive and has increase direct booking. I was recently asked to help a neighbouring property using a different channel manger and queries took 3 days for help. Guest Diary have a built in messaging service and during business hours replies are with in the hour and actioned, evening queries are actioned the following morning. If you are a small business owner, I promise this package will be the best you will buy!!

I have been with Guest Diary for several years now and can recommend them 100%. If I ever have any queries, I get to speak to the team instantly and everything gets sorted quickly.
