We made to move to Guest Diary a couple of months ago and we will never look back.
The purpose build engine is ideal for our accommodation, facilitating the variety of rooms, prices and a syncing calender with our own website, booking.com & Airbnb.
There is chat link in the account where a member of staff in Guest Diary are always to hand with any query no matter how big or small and usually replying within 10-20mins!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Guest Diary to other accommodation facilities.

I recently moved to GuestDiary from another well known channel manager, which I had used for 6 years. The reason I moved was because the GuestDiary system was more user friendly and simple to use. It even has a training section with videos to help you navigate the system.
The support has been excellent. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Un super logiciel pour la gestion des planning
Il n'y a que quelques mois que j'utilise ce logiciel et je suis entièrement satisfaite, la gestion de mon planning est beaucoup plus facile.
Je le recommande à tous ceux qui ont une structure de locations comme la mienne.

We've been dealing with the GuestDiary/Accubook team for the best part of 10 years. They are very professional and always available. No problem is too big or too small. Highly recommended.

The team at GuestDiary could not be more helpful or professional. Having inherited a different channel manager when I bought my hotel the difference in dealing with GuestDiary and the previous CM is night and day. I cannot praise the guest diary team highly enough and recommend them unreservedly.

This is my first year with AccuBook Ltd and up to now I have found all of them very helpful when I ring up with
'teething' queries. It makes my system more efficient and because of the GuestDiary system less overbooking occurs which means less stress!

This is my third year with GuestDiary.
It make life so much easier with the diary, channel manager and website.
Never an issue getting changes or additions made. No later then this morning items were added to the website.

Great software and service, Guest Diary system does exactly what we need for Killarney Glamping at the Grove from reports to synchronizing with OTA's. The guys in the office are always available and extremely helpful.

Excellent system....easy to use, takes into account all sizes of business, constantly upgrading to suit customer needs, brilliant back-up service.
I have used other booking systems but Guest Diary is by far is the most user friendly.
