I have used AccuBook for many many years now across my old portfolio of hotels and my current one in Leicester, the system is easy to use and has everything needed to run your hotel. I would never use anything else as a PMS system.

On top of that they also do both our websites, and the changes we ask for are done immediately, the team are always on hand any any issues or queries are resolved within 24 hours.

Great company, great group of people and a great product.

Very helpful team, with remote and in person support to get set up. GuestDiary is taking the fear out of letting accommodation. Importantly, they are as keen as we are to increase sales, and Andy gave us lots of ideas for creating special offers.

System is very easy to use!

The software is working very well.
It is fast, immediate and intuitive even if there are some details that could be improved (wealso have to admit that we are very demanding).
The best aspect is the amazing support. We have the great opportunity to work with Mr. Vu who is very skilled, helpful, kind and above all, always available.
We are satisfied of the product in general.

We were looking to change from a PMS system we had been working with for a few years and narrowed it down to Guestdiary and another well know one. We choose Guestdiary in the end, mainly due to the fact that it was an Irish based company, and seemed to have that personal touch in customer service that we were looking for. Aidan was very helpful in the set up process. Having used it now for a few months we are delighted with it. So user friendly and has clearly been designed with hoteliers/bandb/guesthouses in mind. There are a lot of lovely features that make day to day operations so much easier and more efficient. Highly recommend.

As a B&B owner I find Guestdiary very professional and always respond quickly to queries. I would definitely recommend them.

j'utilise le logiciel depuis 3 ans pour la gestion des chambres d'hôtes... il m'a sauvé... j'étais toujours au téléphone à vérifier les disponibilités en pouvant faire des erreurs ... il est hyper simple , gère toute la gestion des réservations, il y a toujours quelqu'un au besoin si vous avez des questions ou des modifications à apporter .... je recommande à 10000000 %
vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer une fois que vous l'avez pris....

GuestDiary is an excellent small to medium sized Hotel Front of House System product and I would have no hesitation in recommending it and especially their support which is always timely & very helpful

I have been using Guest Diary for 5 years now, the system works well and the most important thing is a fast response to any query by a person you can understand. Bookings from OTA,s are uploaded instantly to prevent double bookings. Payments can be handled via Stripe which is also a great benefit to take the hassle out of processing payments. I have 11 properties in total all linked to the usual OTA,S via Guest Diary and all working very efficiently.

Their booking system is user friendly, both from our end and for the guest making the booking, seamless. I moved to Guest Diary from a well known competitor and it was the best move I ever made. The staff are knowledgeable and very quick to help with any issues (of which there are very few) The system is very user friendly and there are video links to show you how to navigate the system. Ideal for staff training.

Fabulous company. Would highly recommend from a medium sized business. Never felt we were big enough for a computerised diary system but we were wrong. For the man hours we have saved in transporting internet bookings to a monthly fee its a no brainer. Customer service is also tops.

Customer service is just brilliant. I'm a customer now over 5 years. Can't rate them high enough.

Great system, it just works and easy to use. Never got a double booking or any other problems ever.
