Olivia contacted me 7 months before my fixed term period was up. I didn’t rush to get all the information Olivia needed as it was 7 months until my term ended. Unfortunately this meant the interest rate has increased. In future, I will ensure I get the information to them soonest so they can get me the best deal as Olivia clearly knows a lot more about the market than I do and was trying to gently alert me without being pushy, which I really appreciate.
Habito make it really easy to navigate through the application process, you upload the required documentation and they check through it all.

I had a tricky situation with multiple properties and some loan consolidation which I wanted to re-mortgage to make things more straight forward and reduce the amount of payments/outgoings. I had previously struggled with this dealing directly with banks due to my overseas working but Olivia at Habito was extremely helpful and conscientious in understanding my unique situation as she worked and assisted me towards a mortgage offer and positive outcome. Very fast and friendly

We both have very good credit ratings, low LTV and still give us 5.65% interest rate which is really high especially based on our fortunate circumstances.

My brother and partner have bad credit ratings and got just over 5%. Which means Habito agents cannot be trusted. The agent was more like a salesman not a broker trying there best to get you a good deal. Be careful not to waste your time

Helen from Habito is always on the ball, keeping us on track with our paperwork and reminding us when mortgage rates are about to increase so that we can try to lock in the current rate. Thanks Helen!
