I dropped into the Chippenham branch with no appointment and was lucky enough to be seen straight away to discuss and order varifocals. I felt that all of my concerns were answered and they were fab at helping me choose a suitable frame. I’m really happy I decided to return and the customer service is tip top.

I walked in as a passerby as the screw had just fallen out of my glasses , the ladies were very helpful and polite and found a screw that fit my glasses,
The shop is lovely bright and clean

I had need to obtain a repair to a pair of sun glasses where the arm screw had fallen out. A warm welcome and immediate help to fix the arm and would certainly return in the future.

I've gone in a few times to have different frames adjusted and I'm always pleased I visit the service I recieve.

In my recent visit to the Swindon Town Centre branch, I found Luke to be very charismatic and professional.

Dropped into the shop today to enquire if my broken reading glasses could be repaired. Glasses were acknowledged as repairable and could be repaired and ready for collection in half an hour. On my return I was welcomed by a lovely lady called Mandy. She informed me that my glasses were repaired, serviced and cleaned. To my surprise, she also informed me that there was to be no charge and it was a pleasure to help me. Needless to say, I am over the moon with the service I have received, and my wife and I will be having all of our tests and glasses from this shop in the near future. Thank you

Excellent customer service from the branch in Regent Street, Swindon. Which started when I phoned to make an appointment and then when attending the eye test. Staff were friendly and helpful and the optician was excellent. He was knowledgeable and discussed options. Would highly recommend this branch. They are doing everything right to get return customers.

The service is always excellent and the staff are always very friendly and efficient.

Customer service was above and beyond. My elderly mother needed an extra pair of glasses and was unable to go into the shop for choosing, sizing and fitting the glasses. Fran was able to find previous frames and had mum’s lenses put in. She kept me informed with all aspects of ordering and buying. A great team of people who were very helpful and supportive who have their customers best interest at heart. Highly recommended.

Took my partner's sunglasses into the Malmesbury branch as they arm had bent out and I didnt same to try fixing it and risking breaking them. The team fixed them straightaway, I am so grateful! Thank you Malmesbury H&S.

Edited; Sadly upon return for collection, I had quite the opposite experience.

Firstly although I had specifically made an appointment with Leanda for fitting, this was not noted by the person making the appointment and due to it being a surgery day, I was not able to see her as she had other customers to see. I could have returned later in the day, but I found the attitude to be very abrupt and made me feel like a nuisance - and a liar regarding the appointment mix up. The experience was upsetting, the lenses did not work for me and eventually I got a refund. When spending over £700 on a pair of glasses, you want them to work. But it was the attitude that was so very disheartening. I will be going back to my old opticians in future. Such an opposite experience. 😪

I feel so reassured by the expertise and knowledge of the staff at the Chippenham branch - particularly Stuart and Leanda. They are both incredible humans, who have gone out of their way to give me the very best service and care. I would recommend to anyone, especially those needing a bit of extra support. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just want to say a massive thank you to Tam. Went in with broken frames and he was incredible, he found the same replacement frames in their clearance draw and fitted them then & there. 5 Star Service all the way. Thank you Tam 🙏🏻
