Ordered a vape received it 6 days later and it wasn’t even the vape I ordered and it was actually half the price of the vape I ordered. I emailed them to ask about this and they told me to send it back that’s no problem but I had to pack it and send it back to Ireland, after that they decided to tel me that the vape I ordered wasn’t actually in stock anyway so I asked for a better vape seeing as I’ve been waiting a long time and they had messed me about with my order they told me I could have 5% discount and £10 off next purchase which is something but not really. Anyway I ordered On the 08/04/22 and I am still waiting for a vape it’s now 22/04/22!.

Product arrived broken. 3 weeks on still trying to get a refund. Returned using their RMA. They then rescheduled a delivery, but refuse to refund until it's returned? I have asked when that is, no response. Customer support just sends generic messages!

THEY ARE NOT IN THE UK! Do not be fulled. Returns are non UK, have to pass customs!! Thankfully mine was never used.

These guys are terrible. I'm now having to go via my credit card to do a refund.

Ordered a ZT Zeus from the UK. It arrived faulty. Since then I’ve had a nightmare returning it to Northern Ireland. These guys rescheduled the delivery and refuse to refund it until it’s delivered. They will give me no further info. THIS IS NOT A UK SITE!!! If you use your vape and return it it will need to get through customs. Think about that! These guys are crooks and I’ve had enough. Reporting to my credit card as fraud.

There was a delay in the order due to the parts being hard to get, however the customer service was absolutely spot on and kept me informed of the orders progress right up until it arrive, well impressed...will definitely use again.

Customer service was non-existent. I emailed straight after ordering my product as I was told someone bought me one as a gift. I asked them to cancel the order and not send.

Today I receive the package, with no acknowledgment of my request.

A really helpful store, my girlfriend bought me this for my birthday and it was shipped to my address with no problems (concidering it was DPD lol). Very pleased with my pax3, the only downside is a slow stiff draw but that's not this companies fault. Going to buy some budcapz from ebay to see if this helps. When starting I find the half pack lid to perform best. All in all 5*****

Ok I found this vape (mighty+) after searching g high and low. This site had the best price. I made an order and it was shipped promptly and delivered quickly too. I’m happy with the product. No issues whatsoever.

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a new mighty + Becuase my old mighty recently was starting to die. Upon receiving it from herablize I was hit with error messages on the screen the first day I got it and unpacked it. I tried to get ahold of customer service and it seems like all its been is a back and fourth game of them trying to tell me I need to go through storz and bickel. I am now a month in with this vaporizer which is still giving errors error004 to be exact which I've looked up and it says it's a defective product. I have even gone directly to storz and bickel and they have said that the company seems like they are just giving me an excuse which I think they also are. This is the worst customer service I think I've ever had. I was finally told I would get a return label so I can send this defective vape back and that was 4 days ago now I'm still sitting here wondering why this couldn't have been resolved when I reported having this issue the day I opened it from the mail. Unbelievable. Will never recommend them ever to anyone. 450 dollars later and I have a defective vape.

Edit: you guys didn't resolve anything. I had to initiate the refund on my own. The only reason I was refunded is because I paid through sezzle I can't imagine where my refund would be if I paid solely on my credit card. Cherry ontop of this was herbalize trying to say I was lying and that my vape was working fine and they would be sending it back to me until I told them in our conversation the problem was intermittent which was said at the beginning. What a joke. Such a bad experience will never purchase from them again and I advise everyone I know not to. This company is very unorganized and very scammy.
