This review is for HomeShoppingUS.com. This website is a total scam. Zero reviews. I was shown a video for "The Ocho Beef Box" which is a Parker County Beef Company package of assorted meat. Parker County Beef is out of Texas I purchased The Ocho for $49.99 after seeing the Parker County advertisement. Was sent shipping confirmation today 9/22/2025 and it shows shipped from China. I contacted Parker Beef Company and The Ocho is $499.00. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow morning.
OFraudulent homeshoping.pk – Urging Action & Awareness
I placed an order with this company in October 2024, under their unusual advance payment policy. Despite the odd policy, I had maintained a positive transaction history with them till 2022, so I proceeded with the purchase in good faith.
The product was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days, but even after a month, there was no update. Eventually, they canceled my order, claiming the vendor no longer had the product in stock, and assured me that a refund would be processed within two weeks.
Fairness aside, it raises the obvious question — why accept an order and full payment if the item wasn’t available in their inventory to begin with? Even more disturbing, I noticed that the same product remained listed as “in stock” on their website the very day they told me otherwise.
Now, it's been over 8 months, and despite consistent follow-ups, I have received no refund and no meaningful communication. In the meantime, I’ve discovered multiple customer reviews reporting similar experiences — suggesting that the company may have stopped fulfilling orders altogether, potentially due to financial collapse or fraudulent intent.
I’ve recently escalated the matter to the FIA/Cyber Crime Wing via the Pakistan Citizen Portal, and I strongly urge others who’ve been affected to do the same.
While I no longer care about recovering my own loss, I believe it's critical that the company’s website be taken down or blocked, so others are not misled or defrauded. If they’re no longer a functioning business, they must be stopped from continuing to deceive customers.

Not sure if this review is going to make any impact but here it goes. If there's a techie out there, please take this website off the internet, it's a scam and hoax. They are involved in fraudulent activities by first agreeing that they have everything under the sun available at their store then they asked you for some money upfront. And once you make the mistake of transferring money into their account, they ghost you or misbehave with you and never give you your money back (not going to mention the product because they have NO products). They seem like a gang operating from some village with shady people and activities. Report them to the cyber crime unit.

I ordered a book from them on July 30, 2024. They asked for advance payment, and since they seemed legit, I paid. After the payment, they delayed my parcel for two weeks. They promised a refund, but after 1.5 months, still no refund and no parcel. Scammy people, scammy company!

I recently had a bad experience with homeshopping and it forced me to see if other people had similar experience. The very first review, that I saw, was from a consumer named Usman, and for my shock he had exactly the same experience that I have been going through.
I used to be a regular customer of homeshopping and had great experience until very recently. I placed an order of a Wireless charger for 26k on 18th Feb 2024. They asked me to pay through bank transfer for processing the order. I transferred the amount and since then I have been struggling to have any support. First they said that the supplier isnt responding, after waiting for two months and continuous followups, I requested them to cancel my order and refund the amount. Now, its about a month and I havent received any amount as yet. Their helpline is quite rude and unfriendly. The support on Whatsapp is very pathetic, as they rarely respond and that too after a week or so. I even messaged theri CEO but he didnt bother to even acknowledge. They do not respond on email and its really frustrating.
I am not sure if there is any consumer rights court in the city to help us recover our money. If anyone knows, please do let us know.
No Refund, very unpleasant experience, fraud/scam?
Hello Pakistanis, on 29th February 2024 I had ordered Bose QC45 white smoke Headphones from Homeshopping.pk for 75,119rs, sold By IBSI Tech Karachi product ID 335412 on their website. My order number is #350113.
I had paid online transfer to their HBL zamzama Karachi branch account a mistake if only I could take back, on WhatsApp they told me item is in stock they had contacted the seller. After 2 weeks of not receiving the product I call again and their worker says seller raised price to 1 lakh. This is where I started to have doubts on their credibility, very unprofessional of them.
Now hear this, their own worker had to cancel the order because obviously in which stupid world would I pay 25,000rs more for a order that had already been a "yes" in all ways, just had to reach my doorstep...
The worker now said you will receive the refund within 7-8 days, it has been 2 months. Also, for a whole week they did not pick my call or read my messages.
They kept saying email us I have sent like 6 and more emails NO REPLIES so far. They have been using delaying tactics and making up stories like how they're not getting paid enough salary/didnt receive it like they are helpless, company going through rough times and "we will send the payment screenshot to our finance team, they will respond to you", again shifting the blame to a imaginary wonkey donkey department, basically not taking responsibility. I honestly feel like this is a game to them, having fun out of customers ordeals and not giving a care in the world to seller-customer relationship.
What I'm worried about is they will run away with this money, its a lot of money.
In all, they're ghosting me left and right. But his worker told me on call that my money is safe and will be refunded this week, its Wednesday today btw, this is so irritating. I've already wasted so much of my mobile balance on them too.
I feel like if I call again he'll make a new excuse and again like before and always, say your money will be back the next week.
I was even able to msg their CEO Shayan Tahir, he also said I've sent your complain to my team but no progress so far if you ask me. This guy also didn't reply to my e-mail.
Is there a way to get them to take my issue and of others (there must be, going through the same headache like me) seriously? Did they do it to you too or you got the product or money back?
FYI, many Pakistani's on FB and Insta are also calling them scammers, and this theme is same on review websites as well. 1-2 star ratings out of five.

I searched so much this "IBSI Tech Karachi" online and on Facebook, I found only one and called them if they operate on homeshopping.pk or sell their products online, he clearly said NO. Does this seller store even exist?

The experience was extremely unsatisfactory. In this modern era, it is unacceptable that it takes 8 to 10 days for the product to be delivered. Attempts to reach them via WhatsApp go unanswered, and their helpline is unresponsive, with representatives showing a lack of professionalism in their communication.

I've been a customer with homeshopping.pk since about 10 years, more or less. However, their service has recently dropped to a terrible low.
The products aren't regularly updated. The phone support on Whatsapp is a mission on its own. It's so difficult to get a response from someone there, and finally when there is a response, it's usually that the desired product isn't available and that the website page wasn't updated.
The other big issue is calling the number. I've been waiting for the call to be answered on the automated service for over 15 minutes TWICE and then the call was dropped. That's a lot of money and time wasted on my end - a customer who's trying to give business to these people. Just sad to see how they've stopped caring about their customers.
Never buy anything from homeshopping

They are utterly unreliable, frauds and not helpful. Their helpline seldom answers. Please save yourself the trouble and donot buy from them.
I placed an order on December 5th and paid by card in advance. Big mistake! Never pay them in advance.
I constantly followed up with them because up until December 18th, I had no indication of when I will receive my order.
With multiple follow ups, they finally cancelled my order but Did NOT refund my payment to my card.
Today is January 3rd... Their whatsapp team tells me to email support and their support team NEVER respond. NOT ONCE.
So now, it looks like I have lost my money because I don't know what to do to get it back.
