Worst experience. I ordered Galaxy S23 Ultra S Pen from homeshopping.pk. They took the online payment and I have not received the item even after a month.

They are fraud. I sent money through credit card for a mobile phone. After 10 days, there is no news, they seldom respond to emails and do not answer the question you ask. Their call center number does not respond, WhatsApp is fake, their office address is fake. I reach out to my bank for reversal of transaction and currently in touch with the bank.Stay away from them and spread the word.

How can this be.... I've recieved cream that I didn't even order..no email to say so..,£19 out of my account.

Homeshopping not responding to my messages anymore. No option to chat directly with the seller. It's been 11 days since I made the order but it still shows "processing".

I recently had a very horrible experience with homeshopping.pk, I placed order on May 29, 2023 and also transferred the amount in advance to their bank account but I did not receive the item and also there was no update from them. They were neither responding to emails nor on phone calls until I sent them legal notice and threatened to approach consumer court against them. I finally received the product after a delay of 30 days but it is different than the one I ordered :( there should some legal action taken by concerned government agencies against them.

Ordered cordless vaccum cleaner. They showed it was in stock then cancelled my order after 12 days. Honestly this site should shut down.

Scam scam scam. This is not the same company they used to be. Dont refund you either. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Im in UK and ordered a mobile for my mother in pakistan. Thank God the banking system in UK is good. Please if you are abroad, definitely do not take a chance.

Terrible experience, probably they are a scam.
1. No COD. Advance payment is required.
2. Prolonged delays. Even after 1 month of payment I am still waiting for the delivery.
3. Extremely poor response by their help line. Help line tells you to e mail, which are responded after 3-4 days and they keep telling you that delay is due to rain, whereas I received shipments overnight from other retailers of Kci.
4. Thier app and website doesn't log you in after you have ordered. So you can't get an update from their website. So totally dependent on helpline for update on order.
Beware of them. Please don't order from them even if they are giving things for free. Worst ever experience.

A pathetic shopping experience. The company has flawed policies that TRAP THE CUSTOMER in all manners. Three points why this is the worst shopping experience one can ever come across.

1. No cash on delivery so you have to invest money into any product your order.

2. After the order the team will finally decide to inspect the product for quality assurance *this is something companies do beforehand so the customer does not face inconvenience* or they offer cash on delivery to compensate if there are any cancellations

3. Due to quality check being conducted after the order many a times your order may be cancelled due to the product failing to match the proper quality. YOUR MONEY WILL NOW BE WASTED as the refund will never come nor will the product and behold the best customer trap one could ever come with.

This website is totally scam they used to deliver and had a name but now they take your money and wont deliver you the product. Its very smooth scam business. You order product they take money and vanish for 20 or so days than they cancel ur order if you want refund than rest assured that homeshopping never refunded anyone. Before no one knew but thank god now peoples are realising that homeshopping is fraud stay away

Very Poor 15 days gone no product and no refund

worst customer support services. Ordered after confirming availability several times. And order got cancelled after 5 days and responded that it will take 7 days for the refund. 15 days have passed no refund till date. Called them they still need time to refund..
Just do yourself a favor buy from somewhere else.

Homeshopping.pk are a scammer, they are taking orders and want to transfer amount through bank. Later on, there is no deliver. In the end they will cancel your order and will hold you on wait. I am waiting since month they didn't refund my amount. They are fraud, don't spoil your money into it. Buy from somewhere else. and thanks me later.

I ordered an item online from this store and made bank transfer. I sent an email at accounts and support with payment, but no one responded. I called customer support; some lady picked up the phone. There was a lot going on in her background because I could hear all kind of noise.
Called again and that guy told that you are order is being processed. Cool, right?
I did not get any email/notification for that though.

its been 15 days and there's no sign of my order.

its been 20 days and there's no sign of my order. I called at support, they said they have cancelled my order due to some issue and they will refund the money.

worst online shopping ever.. they are scam, its been 12 days i did not get my order. i think they just collect money and dont deliver product..dont ever buy anything from this fraud company.

If you want pay 500,1000 rupees less but wait minimum 3 weeks of delivery time, you can order from here. My suggestion is to order it from somewhere else.

i also having a very bad experience with homeshopping. i ordered a watch dated August 24 till date they are unable to dispatch it,
