Being a customer for Homeshopping.pk for more than 8 years, recently I got skeptical reading the recent reviews and thought to myself that maybe their service is not as good as it once was, nevertheless I ordered from them and to my surprise my order for the MacBook Air was on my doorstep at the 7th day after placing the order. I would recommend that be patient and before ordering confirm by calling them and asking them about their stock situation, because the email that most receive is an auto generated one. Also special mention to the CEO Shayaan, who was extremely courteous and has impressed me with the level of professionalism he brought to fulfilling my order.

I have been using HSN since 2012 and bought many fairly pricy things. They use to be very reliable and there customer service was great. Now they are really bad at delivering the items they force you to pay in advance and then you have to constantly bug them to deliver it. recently they have stopped replying to email or even pick their phone. but in the end the products are nice and genuine also their price is good.

Edit: They never deliver the item in the given 4-7 working days. After 7 days you have to start the bugging process by calling and emailing them, then they look into the order and decide to ship it after further 4-7 days.

Never ever order from homeshopping worst customer service.

Ordered amazon dot 4 and its been almost 5 days the parcel havent been shipped to the address and on top there service agents don't even know how to talk to a customer and saying “agar app aisay baat karengay tu humara bhe roza hei” lol i mean it this a bun kebab shop or what and on top as per committed time the parcel is still not received!

I give 4star .....good customer service only 1 issue i was facing ...and that was late delivery... everything good bur they need to deliver fast. I buy Samsung tab s7 ...take 16days to deliver... otherwise customer services is good...i hope they watch my comment ... deliver fast so u get 5stars

yesterday i called home shopping and request them to arrange Asus Rog 3 phone for me at the same day. and i received a call from homeshopping.pk with in hour that your phone is arranged and ready to pickup..i really appreciate services from this company. Thank alot

I ordered a phone from homeshopping and I gave the wrong address. They tried delivering and of course the package was returned. To my surprise, before I could reach out to them, they had promptly reassigned the package back to me. I got it safe and sound. I couldn't have been happier. They reassured me on every call and took full ownership and responsibility. Super happy and will definitely order again.

Absolutely pathetic. This is one of the worst customer service. They are a bunch of f liars. Their customer service via phone is equally bad as everyone across the chain (including their owners) lie through their teeth

horrible experience. Their customer service sleeps AFTER every time they reply back to you and then you've to wait an hour so that they can finish their nap. PATHETIC!

I bought a brand new phone. It was refurbished which stopped working after 1 week. They didn't do anything about it. I had to file a case in consumer court to get my money back.

Don’t trust them they deceive their customers. I bought an expensive laptop from them in the spec sheet it said it has1 TB hard disk along with 256GB SSD. But when I received the laptop 1TB hard disk was missing. I emailed them even emailed their great CEO. But they did not replied even tough so many days passed.
I also tried to put review on their Facebook page but they disabled they reviews section there too. I have the proof of the purchase too and also of their scam.

Their customer service is sub-par. They hardly take the time to answer customer queries.

I've emailed them multiple times without any response. All of them seem to be nodding off at work. Staff definitely needs to be trained well. Pakistani businesses, online or otherwise, generally lack in customer service in my experience. It's a cultural thing with folks here.

Also they claim "cash on delivery" is an option on their website but if you try to purchase something they won't offer you that choice. So not very reliable in what they claim on their website.

In my opinion, not the worst business in Pakistan but not the best either. There are better options out there.

The delivery was right on time. I made an advanced payment and it was confirmed he very next day.
Also, their price beating policy is actually true. Everyone can trust them especially when buying a phone.

Have a history with Home Shopping, bought samsung note 3 in 2013, iphone 7plus later and now iPhone Xs Max. Its always a piece of mind when purchasing from HSN. Quality products and excellent service level. Highly recommended if you want to purchase good quality products without worrying about counterfeit or faulty products.
