I was searching for a birthday present…
I was searching for a birthday present for my daughter who is so hard to buy for. I found a large picture of Snoopy which I knew she would like. Problem was I only found it on late Sunday and her birthday was Wednesday. For a long shot I emailed the seller and made a big ask. My email was answered by Amelia and told me she would see what she could do. Would you believe it, the picture was sent by overnight courier and I received it on Tuesday. How good is that? Amazing service. Thank you so much.

My Hare ornament arrived with a broken ear, and Amelia Cliff responded immediately, handled everything efficiently, and kept me updated with thoughtful and friendly communication throughout. She arranged a replacement straight away, making the whole process completely stress-free.
The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from Amelia and the team went above and beyond. The Hare ornament itself is beautiful, and I’m delighted with it. Had an issue with an order, which was resolved after seeing my negative review on here. Would have been nice for them to sort it just for the sake of good customer service and the fact they had made an error, but the outcome was what I was looking for.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been. I can see that a member of our management team did raise a request with our external warehouse team to cancel your order shortly after you contacted us. Unfortunately, the external team missed the cancellation request and the order was processed and dispatched before it could be stopped.
At the time, we did advise that we would try to cancel the order for you; however, once an order has entered processing there is unfortunately no guarantee we are able to stop it before dispatch.
As we offer free delivery, our change-of-mind policy does normally require customers to cover the return or a restocking fee once an item has been dispatched. However, we do appreciate the circumstances here and are doing our best to assist and resolve this for you as smoothly as possible.
Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
Waiting
Ordered and paid for in full, a piece of furniture early January expecting delivery, as advertised, some time in February. No notification re delivery date so contacted them mid February to be told it would be March. Was offered a voucher towards another item as goodwill gesture, given that we could have bought the same product from another company, cheaper but with April delivery. Spoken to them this morning (after 3 attempts on online chat) and delivery is now April. Wish we’d gone with the other company who were cheaper. I asked Ava if I could speak with a manager but she did not respond. Very disappointing to be kept waiting so long for a piece of furniture and my first experience with this company is disappointing. I have several more items in my online basket, as they sell some lovely items, but cannot justify giving the company more money.

I can see that a member of our team contacted you on 30 January regarding the initial delay and provided a £50 gift voucher as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, which you kindly accepted at the time — “We would still like the TV unit, so a voucher as a goodwill gesture would be very much appreciated.”
As this item is supplied by a third-party supplier, there have unfortunately been further unforeseen delays due to ongoing global issues currently affecting air freight and shipping. I’m very sorry that this has pushed the delivery timeframe back again, and I appreciate how frustrating that must be after already waiting.
Please be assured that we are working to get the item to you as soon as possible. However, if you would prefer not to continue waiting, you are of course welcome to cancel the order and we would be happy to arrange that for you. We can also help you find an alternative item that is currently in stock, and we would be glad to offer additional credit toward that as a gesture of goodwill.

First time purchasing from this company amd extremley disappointed with the service. Ordered cushions 2 weeks ago, followed up on Monday as no dispatch email received to be told my order would arribe Wednesday and would receive tracking information. Nothing received Wednesday followed up on email, no response.

Do not order from them
Do not order from them - I had to remind them to do every part of their job for them. I had to confirm the order, ensure it was in stock, organise the refund, and then remind them to send it.
They were out of stock of an item -
ordered 17/1/26
They didn't bother to tell me an item was out of stock - but were happy to take my money.
I had to email them on 24/1/26 to ask where is my order? They were out of stock of one of the items. They never actually shipped the item until I followed up AGAIN with them on the unsent item on 10/2/26 which I now have tracking for.
