Brief experience requesting a home report for a property via RightMove. I received a call moments after submitting the request. The rep I spoke to was helpful, did request some further info but nothing overly intrusive or suss. Received a copy of the home report 5 minutes later.
I can't comment beyond this, but my experience with this brief interaction was positive.

House sales direct have been amazing from start to finish... Always keeping you updated.. Highly recommend if your looking for a quick sale on your property.

Alicia was very helpful today when we had an issue with keys at our viewing. She took the time to organise an alternative plan and was efficient in contacting us.

When we got given a name of contact Alexia, everything has been very smooth and she's been extremely helpful and understanding to our needs.
Communication has been excellent.
Really looking forward to our new start

I previously complained about this company. They said if I removed my complaint they would release me from my contract and remove the tag they put on our property on the land registry. I did my bit, but 7 months on we have now found out they didn’t remove it, despite confirming they had in an email and are just quoting the contract term to our conveyancing solicitors- the contract they agree to void. Just when you think a company can’t get any worse!!

Alexia has been an excellent agent.Polite,professional and easy to contact.Keeping communication up to date so I knew exactly what was going on.

Didn't show up to a house viewing waited a hour and no estate agent showed up to show me round, waste of my time and money. And no contact number they gave could help find where they were.

Updated, no information was was given over the phone regarding this is how it would take place nor regarding to how to get into the building - Or in email or message. In addition support lines whist waited said they tried to contact estate agent which suggested someone was coming.

Finally my house sold with House sales Direct. I didnt feel that they pushed for the best price, and I lost a huge amount of money. I was totally unsatisfied with their service until they put Will as my negotiator. I swear hes the best thing about the agency. He kept in regular contact and kept me up to date with it all, even even it wasn't what I wanted to hear. So thank you to Will and Tracy. Absolute gems.

Jordan was great in the initial stages of supporting us placing our offer and guiding us through the process to ensure this was accepted and everything was completed as efficiently as possible.

He ensured to explain the process thoroughly and made sure we understood each stage to help us smoothly move through the process. We felt very supported through this stage and well-informed to move forward in our buying process smoothly and quickly.

My husband and myself found Kam our main contact very contactable at all times. He was very helpful and professional.

I was originally with a traditional estate agent and they were dire, wrong advice, wrong analysis of the local market etc
So, I ditched them and went with House Sales Direct. Jordan was assigned as my consultant and within minutes I could tell this was different. Jordan had already researched my local market prior to our 1st call and gave lot's of helpful and informative advice.
He also kept me updated regularly with weekly calls etc and was able to get me the "walk away" price I was looking for.
5 star performance for Jordan.

My contact Louise was very helpful and diligent, constantly keeping me informed and chasing up solicitors on both sides. Although the whole process took longer than expected, we got there in the end.

I first contacted House Sales Direct on the 1st of July.
During the beginning of my encouter with House Sales Direct, I have not felt that my needs were met at all.
I was literally passed around the office to several different people, making it impossible to create a working relationship with one person, having spoken to Thomas, Sandy, and Ashley, who realy needed time off to recover from his snotty, cough and cold!

I was very unhappy with the lack of contact from yourselves throughout.
If you look through your record's of my emails, voice messages and unanswered phonecalls, you will see a definite pattern of myself asking a question relating to the property, and then me asking again for any possible update...but not getting a response, sometimes for days.

There was also, what your company called a "mix up", where I believed I had struck up an agreement through yourselves, that the seller would leave all furniture inside the property.
I even asked if he would like me to offer him a set price for what he left.
He came back to say he's happy to leave it in the house, to save him having to remove it, and they'd be no extra price.
However, as I'd arranged to allow access to a builder for quotes of work needed, I met the neighbour who had in fact been selling the larger pieces of furniture, ie. The 8x chairs and giant table, the kitchen table and chairs, and the 2nd bed!

My personal circumstances have been very traumatic recently, and my homelife has changed drastically, I have been under immense pressure, and the stress and anxiety of feeling ignored and unimportant has actually caused me severe anxiety and have had to miss work.

This continued untill Louise Guildea was given my file.
On the 21st August I received my first contact from Louise.
I can honestly say that without her understanding of my personal situation, and the anxiety that the situation had caused me, I may have walked away.
She actually did her job!
As in, she gave me notice of any contact from either side, with dates and times of when she would reply back.
She set deadlines for things, and actually sent emails and chased things up.
Louise made my experience with House Sales Direct a positive one in the end, and I can only thank her, and hope she stays in your company to help the other team members with their customer service.
I would have given 5 stars, if Louise had been with me from the start.

Sandy was very professional to deal with and arranged my viewing appointment the same day.

I just spoke to one of the agents and Amelia was very friendly and so helpful thumbs up from me .

Will Crane was great help during this process as he called to let me know of any updates or information needed to be passed on.

My morning starts with a lovely voice named Megan who explained to me clearly how the house buying process works .she listened to me very patiently , answered all my questions very clearly and assured me that her organisation could assist me.

Overall my experience with House Sales Direct could have been better. I was handed off to at least 3 different team members during the transaction, which I disappointing, I had to duplicate information already sent. Saying that the last team member that I dealt with, Will Crane, at HSD, made sure that things were finalised and delivered on time, for that, I'am extremely greatful to him.
