Just downloaded the app after seen the cricketer advert. But reading the reviews, not going a head. Not worth it. 😵‍💫

So difficult to obtain any information about this. The learn more takes you to sign up to their newsletter before saying to download the app.

The app only gives you the option to sign in for an existing account or create an account. No information until you sign up.

Delete and uunsubscribe.

Card is a complete fraud. If you get a refund they hold the money as Cashback. You dont get the money back. Plus their Customer service is crap to. Stay away, they might advertise with celebrity but they shouldnt be trusted with a dead cat.

Pretty horrible app. Worst part is customer service. Half the time you don't even get your cash back. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not worth the hassle.

My sister who is 76 got it and never got the $50 reward cash back bonus that Patti Newton promised in the advert she got herself involved in. The code was patti50. Just a big conjoin by a bunch of overseas Indians and Pakistanis and Persians.

Suck you in with a sign up bonus, then a survey bonus. They never pay. Never reflects in your account. Send an email to support and the indian? Support dodges the question. Steer clear.

payments went through only sometimes, once in Bunnings it didn't even though had plenty of funds, other times it would work and then an email saying it didn't work and they would try to take out again!, even though it already had worked, I was having to constantly send emails about checking payments going through

I've just joined citro as I turned 50. It caused my nab bank card to get locked due to a suspicious crypto currency app I paid 16.99 for. And commonwealth bank happily link but I couldn't link online. It seems ok. Just been reading the overdraw accounts bad reviews. I'll deal with it if it comes along

I was interested in all the articles and found them informative and great advice. I'm a middle-aged woman who wants a healthy, happy and financially secure lifestyle in retirement.

There is so much valuable and relevant information within the pages. Also don't feel as though I'm an old doddery woman but rather addressed as a mature adult.

This is one of those companies that don't care and out to get money out of vulnerable people pensioners. Nothing that is on there website is cheaper than getting it yourself but I'm sure they are getting commission on stuff. Like the lady who left a review below Citro paid out $775 to a company without my permission. After a few hours I sorted it out and informed Citro that there had been a mistake. but not to worry within 5 business days the money would be reimbursed back to them.
this was on a Friday everyday so sat sun mon & Tus I had them try to debit my bank account menny times including in the middle of the night and received not one but 5 emails demanded payment or they would send it to debit recovery. Remember I did not ask them to pay anything they did it themselves. On Monday I told them I was unwell and did not want to be chasing the payment until the 5 working days was up. it's 3am in the morning and I have had two emails threatening to cause my account if I don't pay it today. I just looked online and the full refund was credited back to them hours ago. Now I have owned and run my own business for 35 years and I don't get scared easily but this is a company that is meant to help people who are retiring pensioners get more for their money and all they have done is bully me for the last 4 days. I cant imagine some little old lady or man withdrawing the last of the pension to pay them back and doing without food or heat as it's winter. So do your self a favour and don't believe they can help you save money cos so far they haven't and the only thing they have done is bully me and threaten me.

I had a transaction taken out of my Citro card. There wasn’t that amount in my linked account. This overdrew my Citro card. I messaged the company and asked them to look in to this transaction. It shouldn’t have been processed. It was done automatically and shouldn’t have even been attempted. In the next 4 days Citro tried to take that amount 6 times. Even though I asked them to please stop as I was trying to work it out myself. On the 4th day I was sent an email saying if I didn’t pay the money my card and account would be cancelled. In this same email I sent back screenshots of that money being refunded to the Citro card on the 12th. I understand it can take a few days to go through. So that’s why I sent the screenshots to let them know it was coming. I just received an email saying that they have cancelled my card and account and have referred me to a collection agency. That’s in 5 days this has all happened. So does this mean my refund won’t go through?
Very very disappointed they didn’t have my back.
