The cruise and tours were enjoyable and relaxing, the boat well equipped, and the staff friendly.
We did need to query some of the booking arrangements with you - particularly flight details. Transfer details could be clearer - we had no transfer on arrival in Porto and had to arrange a taxi at our own cost.

Having to arrange and pay for your own taxi was certainly not the seamless experience we aim to provide. We were late being picked up with no explanation which put the main driver under a strain to keep to the schedule. We were rushing all the way through the trip. The toilet didn't work and unfortunately one lady was not well and the toilet wouldn't flush and got blocked. As you can imagine the smell was not very pleasant for the whole 2 days of the trip. There was little interaction or information from the driver who was obviously stressed and made it quite clear of this. On a positive the show was brilliant but it was marred by everything else going on

Having your departure delayed without an update, feeling rushed throughout the journey, and dealing with an out-of-order restroom facility is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We also regret that the driver's stress affected your overall comfort and interaction during the tour.
While we are pleased you enjoyed the performance, it is disappointing that the rest of the journey overshadowed it. Your feedback regarding the scheduling, coach maintenance, and staff communication has been passed along to our operations team to ensure these matters are addressed and prevented in the future.
