Just Go coach holidays -very poor customer service
Booked a coach holiday to the English Riviera. I was notified sometime later that the holiday had been cancelled due to poor take up. I was enticed to book on a coach holiday to Blackpool instead, which I did. Heard no more so had to call Just Go agent. I was told that coach holiday to Blackpool could not accommodate my son and I as it had run out of rooms. No one advised me. Had I not contacted Just Go I would have received no notification that the coach holiday was not available. Poor service.

Easy communication and booking great pick up comfy coach . Very knowledgeable drivers and friendly . Worth the money to abba voyage and hotel was nice comfy and restaurant was too small to accommodate so many people for breakfast .

The trip was well organised, overall
The hotel was what I expected, old fashioned with charm of the 60s. It was clean and staff were lovely.
It was my first time on the island and I think the inclusive tour was badly chosen. A depressing town and not worth spending 3 hours in
What didn't help, that we were dropped off outside town with no information given by coach driver. A lot of the guests were quite vulnerable.
The coach driver let us all know that he was unhappy to be with us, hence I didn't go on the next trips.
On Sunday another coach driver took over who acted with curtesy ( Omar) which was a relieve

The guy who finally booked our trip was great. I had to ring back because the first lady told me that the 13th had no availability. I asked her the nearest date preferably before and she offered us 31st December for the Gala dinner. We did that a couple of years ago so I declined this and shortly afterwards she cut me off. I rang again and luckily it wasn’t the same lady, and there was availability on 13th December after all and a choice of which seats or standing. The only query I have is the last time we booked, the chap told us that as returning customers we were entitled to a discount. I queried it this time and was told there wasn’t any discount for returning customers??

Our second trip.
We enjoyed our first coach trip so much in May we decided to book another and we were not disappointed! Every aspect of journey smooth and on time and each driver friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel so central and comfortable, food good and the tours excellent, in fact the whole experience from start to finish, faultless. Definitely hooked now and will look forward to booking another again in the Spring, such good value.

Blackpool illuminations long weekend…
Blackpool illuminations long weekend was great. Ish the driver was very helpful to my mum who had a walker, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Ish made sure that we saw all of the illustrations and they had a firework display going on as well. The trip to Fleetwood market was excellent we were given 3hrs there, so we were able to buy goods and go to one of the cafes. We had several stops on the way to Blackpool and back, which was great too,
