I preferred to make a telephone booking rather than book on line. The staff member was very helpful. The only downside was that I wanted to reserve seats near the toilet area but was told it wasn't possible depending on the coach and seat numbers. It was rather disappointing from that aspect.

On the whole it was good but there was to much crammed in,the visit to Lyon wasn’t necessary 2 hours there isn’t long enough to visit a place like that.

At the time of our booking there was NO mention of scaffolding surrounding the Marine hotel Llandudno. If this information had been available I would not have booked that particular tour.
This is the only available hotel I am told despite your brochure shows 3 hotels. Incidentally, the Hotel Marine scaffolding has been in situ for many months with no reassurance on a time date for removal. I have obtained this information directly from the hotel staff.
I requested a refund of our deposit today which was refused. However, I was offered to move to another tour without any extra cost.
What was made clear is that you as a company are quite within your rights to book customers into a hotel with scaffolding provided there are no safety concerns (without the need to let your customers know obviously)
Both myself and my friend are very dissaponted with this initial start of our holiday with yourselves and realised we have not researched fully which coach holiday company to choose before booking a holiday.
Looking today at reviews for Just go holidays I see they appear to be very mixed.
At the moment we are deciding what to do regarding the choices you have given today.

It was very straight forward and easy, the lady I dealt with was easy to understand [ I wear hearing aids ] Looking forward to the trip,

I had a great time in London at the theatre and at Buckingham Palace

Me and my sister thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day break in Durham, Holy Island and Beamish with Just Go! Pick up was prompt from Burton-on-Trent and the coach was again extremely comfy and very clean. The tour manager/driver was again very helpful, informative and funny by nature which help the drive time seem much shorter. There was a downside in that the hotel was in great need of TLC and breakfasts were a little chaotic as staff were not prepared and cutlery/plates and menus were missing when we arrived. The room windowsill was full of dead insects and generally a little untidy. However, food was fresh and tasty and good portions and choice. The places visited were fabulous and the weather was with us, which helps. Just wish Just Go! would include a trip to Wensleydale Creamery in the itinerary!!

Having enjoyed our Jo Go! break on the Isle of Man (5+ stars), we booked one in Liverpool. The driver (Mason) was excellent, very patient and helpful, with a great sense of humour, and his driving felt very safe. Itinery - day 1 - Liverpool (half day tour with official guide) - interesting, but only a few minutes at each stop. Afternoon spent at waterfront, BUT MUSEUMS ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS! Day 2 - Chester - 4 hours to explore - beautiful city, loved the cathedral. Day 3 (Southport optional) - we opted to stay in Liverpool to spend time in the Catholic Cathedral, go up the Liver Building and do our own mini walking tour. Adelphi Hotel adequate, but perfectly situated. Fabulous lounge, but rooms and dining room tired. Our room was a good size with huge walk-in shower, but no fan in bathroom meant the room smelt damp. Windows only opened a fraction. I opened the doors and put the fan on, which helped. Definitely needed the fan on me at night.
Dining room disappointing (after Isle of Man, which was excellent). Self-service breakfast was good, but could queue a looooong time to be seated and for food to be topped up. Steps up and down between serving area and table were a challenge for some. Evening meal, reasonable choice of main course and tasted OK. Starters choice - salad, which has a narrow selection of items, or soup, I skipped it. Dessert was crumble (3 of the 4 nights rhubarb, which I don't like) with watery custard, or tray-bake cakes which looked fab, but just tasted of sweetness. One family-sized lemon torte one evening which was yummy, but no other appeared when that was gone. We often had to queue for food to be replenished, the kitchen couldn't keep up! Some of the waiting staff we surly, but most were friendly. Coach driver - 5-stars, Adelphi - served it's purpose, but could do a lot, lot better. But then the low price we paid was reflected in what we got! We'd still recommend Jo Go!

Felt that having to be picked up by minibus then taken to our coach, added more time to the journey. The rest area was unsuitable for a break, it was a garage.
On the way back our coach driver was very helpful in re-arranging our pickup which saved us a long journey back to home.

The driver & courier were excellent, the whole holiday was thoroughly enjoyable but full on! appreciated the Free day, disappointed with some aspects of the Andorra hotel, very regimental, unable to have a pre_dinner drink, ok free wine with dinner was ok,but not allowed into dining room beforehand was frustrating.The French hotels were more accommodating.

Good customer service on booking the holiday.

Our recent coach trip to Lake Garda was excellent. The coach driver, Clive, and the on board tour guide, Clare, were brilliant, keeping us well informed throughout. The hotels were adequate but some meals could have been better. However the whole trip was extremely well organised and we would certainly recommend it.
