I ordered a Santoku knife which arrived within a couple of days. It was beautifully gift packaged. The knife not only looks and feels incredible, it is also an absolute pleasure to use. Razor sharp, it cut through carrots like butter.

Brilliant knives. Look great and feel great, you feel like you have full control of the knife and you can tell they are made of premium materials.

The knives we ordered are beautiful, amazing to use and super sharp. We’ve had ours over a year and just used the free sharpening service which I also cannot fault. Yes they’re pricey but you’re paying for quality and something that will last decades if not a lifetime.

I have bought both the steak knives and santoku knife via Katto and have found the quality and customer service to be amazing. The knives are beautiful to look at and super sharp. The free knife sharpening service is also an excellent addition. Recommend.

Ordered my katto chefs knife, it arrived in very good quality and is an amazing knife to use. Had a minor issue cosmetically and this has been resolved super quickly! Amazing customer service, definitely recommend ordering from here!

Bought a seconds knife is fantastic

Sent my knives in for a free sharpening service. Over 6 weeks later, no clear update, no timeline, and poor communication. Holding customers’ personal property this long without transparency is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I am very with my knife, as it was a Christmas present. Will buy more products from you.
