Great customer service very satisfied with the outcome and great communication

They made is easy and simple to switch to a new contract

It was so easy to have that conversation with Sam. I’ve now improved what was already great, my new contract.

Contacted the regarding my Mum's WiFi signal. Mac was extremely patient and helpful, talking me through all the stages of checking the equipment, resetting it and changing speeds etc On the phone over an hour and hopefully we have sorted the problem

A very easy and smooth transaction with friendly staff. Made changeover very easy especially kcom informing my old supplier of my defection. Went for top package with 2 routers and saved approximately £11 a month. What’s not to like - very pleased 👍

We had Matt and Jake install our fibre optic broadband. Consulted well with us to work out the best route into the property and were quick and efficient. Ensured all our devices were working after change over from previous provider. Did a neat and tidy job on a red hot day

Have been a long term customer of KCom but don't agree with the pensioners package it should be for all pensioners not just those on DWP pension credits, Customer service was very good when I finally decided to stay with K Com I was seriously considering a move to another provider.

Matt and Jake came out to fit Internet this morning, they called me yesterday to arrange and he was polite on the phone.
They arrived when they agreed and completed the job without making a mess and quickly.

Advisor help was fantastic, gave me various options to upgrade. Also got 2 new routers free of charge. Changing over to new routers was simple and easy to do. Internet capped is fantastic and fastest in my area too, beating other competitors processes for what I have

Never really give reviews as can’t be bothered but fair play to kcom from start to finish it’s been very easy and the speed of the internet has been amazing, considering I was paying more for less with Vodafone. Special mention to Matt and Jake the engineers, very efficient and friendly. Got the job done with no fuss.
