Good experience beside a lil mistake
Bought some books and one wasn’t in ‘new’ conditions due to some scratches on the cover. As soon as I contacted the assistance they understood and gave me multiple ways to get refunded or replacing the book with a new one. They provided to sent me a new one in perfect conditions and in really short time! Super satisfied by the service. Thank you again!

Very bad
Very bad. I bought from this shop as an alternative to Amazon, but the service has been terrible. I wanted to buy a classic book, in Spanish, and from the different options I chose the only one that guaranteed delivery within 24 hours as it was in stock. When I hadn't heard from them after 24 hours, I explained that I needed it urgently and they said they would send it as soon as possible, which was 5 days later. In the end, the book arrived 11 days later.
