Do not use!
They did not find my phone and I never signed a contractual agreement for this service, yet they have wrongfully charged me £29.95. I don’t even know how they obtained my card details!
A business that cashes in on desperation- avoid!

I have contacted numerous times for a refund but yet to hear a response.

Total scam! Don’t find your phone!
Rope you in under false pretences saying it’s 50p then a few days later take £29.95 from your bank account!!!!

I used the 50p service when desperately trying to find my son and in my panic I didn't realise there was an automated charge to continue the service. So a few days later I too thought I'd been conned when £29 was taken from my account and I read all these reviews! But I emailed them and explained that I'd not used the service. They were very responsive and refunded me within 2 days. I've only given 3 stars as I've not used the service.

I was desperate to find my daughter phone. I join them for 50p apparently and was no i information anywhere about extra cost. Two days later I just check my bank account and they took 30£ of my account for service they didn't provide it. They didn't help me to find the phone at all it was said the mobile is not connect it to the Tower all though the phone still have a sięgnął as I was trying to ring. Is no stars from me!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TAKING ADVANTIGE OF SITUATION!!

Rip off merchants. I thought i was paying 50p for a sample. They took £30. I wish i knew where they operated from. The law should be involved to prosecute these people

Scam site. Seems to charge 50p but charge nearly £30. I didn't even finish entering details but was charged. IF THIS ISN'T FRAUD THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS.

Scam, avoid like the PLAGUE

A dreadful bunch of con artists who will exploit your desperation to find your phone, promise to charge you 50p, fail to find it, and then take hundreds of pounds out of your bank. Avoid at all costs. This is more a crime syndicate than a business,

Please do not trust this site. They say it cost 50p, but a day later they take £29.99 from your account. Stay away from them.

Agree with all these reviews. Another con. It doesn't work either. Cost me £29.

A total con. Website says 50p initial cost with 1-off £29.95 24 hours later. They take the full amount straight away. I didn’t think they had taken any money until I got my credit card statement as I had no receipt for the transaction. An absolute total con. Just use other free services such as Google.

A money taking scam, do NOT use this service large amounts will be taken from your bank account. They prey on people desperate to find their phone

A complete scam, as listed below. I spoke to my bank a few days after the scam, and they advised me that in situations like this, you should report it to the bank immediately. They have asked me to try and get the money back myself. If I am unsuccessful, they will take up my case for me.

When I complained to locate my phone, they stated that they could find no evidence of having taken money from my account. They then said that they needed to have the last four digits of the long number on my card and the expiry date, which I have refused to give them. If I did give them this totally unnecessary information, they would then have this bank card information plus my phone number and email address, which leads me to suspect that this scam is part of a larger phishing fraud.

Total SCAM!!! Do not tell you anything till you have paid their 50p fee and then tell you that they cannot locate your phone as it has not been registered. With the power alert, they just lie to you that you phone has been switched on. AVOID!!!

You will be hooked with a small one time fee and then SURPRISE.
Of course is your fault, you did not registered all the small print details.

Absolute Scam!!!!! This company took 50p out of my bank account then a further £19.95. I've tried to look for the number to contact their customer service but there is not one!
