WARNING!!! After using this to locate my phone it was hacked, they have access to all my accounts and have changed passwords etc!

Don't waste 50p as this service is no use whatsoever (couldn't locate my android phone then came up with useless suggestions). I cancelled within 1 hour of opening so should not get charged the £19.95 that others have warned about.

Crap! Put details of phone in, it said it was on & available to find, signed up paid the 50p. The options i then had were silly, i just wanted location which it implied i could get by signing up, but didnt have the option.
I then cancelled the subscription so i didnt get billed 19.95 and it closed my account instantly! Load of rubbish

I paid the 50p, to help find my lost phone. Located it To my house but this was where my tablet was and my phone happened to be 10 miles away.
Thought that was it, just realised they charged me the next day 19.95 and again a month later charged another 19.95. Didnt realise that this was the case.
I have stopped the payments and emailed for a refund!

Yes i was the same paid the 50p put didnt see the extra
I had been getting phone call from a number i didnt regonise and i thought this could find where and who it was
I have emailed them and they replied back that they have cancelled my account
lets see if i get a refund

Like everyone else on here, I suspected this site to be a scam. I paid 50p, and thought that was for the month. Needed the service to try and locate my daughters phone, it didn't work. I only realised a few days later when I checked my paypal account that a further £19.95 had been taken out of my PayPal account.

It does actually state this if you scroll down on their website, but is definitely not clear, and of poor design in my opinion. I emailed the company to tell them of my unhappiness, and that I would like a refund because of this. I got an extremely prompt reply, and a refund, so I am now quite happy, and have increased my rating to 3 stars, and this is simply because I think that their pricing structure should be made abundantly clear from the start.

Absolutely awful never signed up for this then see money moving from my account which they won't refund me for. When I didnt sign up for this in the first place

Charged 50p and then £19.95 and had set this up without my permission for monthly payment. Bank stopped payments and refunding the £19.95 but got charged again and still trying to take payments
didnt receive any service whatsoever

Only got one star cos there’s no lower-total scam -robbing scammers took 50p for nothing then 19.95 the next day -didn’t even bother to find the phone I was looking for-which I might add-was a vulnerable person who went missing,lucky paid on PayPal so all cancelled-they set up a monthly payment🙄be aware -they are scammers avoid avoid avoid

Absolute disgrace took 50p and then £19.95 and had set this up without my permission for monthly payment. Good job I noticed as the bank is stopping payments and refunding the £19.95. Beware it is a scam and they should be stopped 👊👊

Robbing swines took £20 out my bank without me knowing.

Absolute joke of a sight. Taking advantage of people who are in quite a state when they can’t find they’re phone or the a person who owns the phone. I’ve also a small question. When you cancel the account with them does that stop the reacting payment?

Total scam, avoid at all costs. Doesn’t mention that they will set up reoccurring payment for £19.95 a month, when you then cancel said payment (which it sets up for next day) you loose access to trial for the 50p paid. The company therefor get 50p for nothing. I know 50p isn’t the end of the world but still a scam, I would like my 50p back.

I would give this company no rating. Its crap. Said 50p trail to find the phone then £19.95 a month after it. I paid and there was no attempt to find the phone only advice on claiming fir a replacement one from the network company. I straight away went into the account and closed it. Now reading other reviews on them taking the monthly payment the next day I'm glad I did. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

Omg used this to locate and send noise to my phone which was on silent. Agreed to 50p charge. They took that, then next day they took £19.95. Which is apoarently a recurribg payment. Dirty robbing b@$/rd5. Theres no mention of this before you use service.good job i was checking bank today or id have been had for s lot more. Its fraud.Avoid at all cost.. scummy tw4!$

If you realise that tou have been had and catch it quick enough before the recurring payment is to be taken and have paid by paypal go into your account click on the recurring payment for locatemyphone and cancel the recurring payment this way they wont get the £19.95 to be taken thieving b#sta#ds

This is a scam! Please do not fall into their trap these people should be jailed!

TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT USE THE SITE.
After your 50p trial, which did not work for me as the site cut off without doing anything and while it was trying to verify the 50p. Only to find that the next day they will charge £19.95 for a so called subscription which was not clearly explained on the free trial. Its purely to grab your money. Both trading standards and Google should investigate further.

Have also been scammed. App didn't do as mentioned. Cost £19-95 and not 50p.
Shocking Google allowed this. Google should be held liable
