Researched bird feeding stations online, decided that the 'Opulence' bird feeding station was good value for sturdiness & looks. I ordered it plus some feeders & bird food on 17/11/25 & two boxes arrived on 20/11/25, one containing the feeding station & the other the food. I'd like to say a special 'thank you' to whoever does the packing, as both items were very well & securely packed, especially the feeding station, which otherwise might have been subject to damage in transit while travelling the long road to the north east of Scotland! The feeding station was quite easy to assemble, the video was helpful. Our ground is quite stony, so I had to pre-dig a hole for the big spike. With the stabilisers the whole thing seems to be quite steady. A few birds have visited already, and I hope to see more as they get used to the new addition!

I've given three stars as the result of my overall experience after two orders.

The products were as described and delivered on time. The two reasons I won't be ordering from them again are that each order lumbers me with huge white plastic sacks which I need to try to find a way to reuse or just send to landfill, and also comes with a handful of junk mail inside.

I will prioritise recyclable or easily reusable packaging when choosing where to buy my bird feed in the future.

A seller who offers good quality goods at a good price

Great selections. Priced reasonably. Some items are overpriced and cheaper, and same quality at B&M. Delivery is always good. Packaging is very good for the items delivered. Items are often out of stock, especially the smaller quantities.

Appalling delivery service by DPD don’t use if you want a decent delivery service.

Easy to order. Reasonably priced. Comes in a few days usually. Birds love it !

Ordered a new bird feeder and it arrived promptly and perfectly packaged along with 2kg of Sunflower seeds. The feeder is amazingly robust and Squirrel proof. I cant wait to get it set up. So a huge thank you for the order at the best price I could find and a great service on the phone too. Many thanks 😊

Excelente service very quick delivery

Very poor service. I ordered a bird feeding station for my husband’s birthday. It arrived and didn’t fit together, that was over a week since I ordered it and it’s long past his birthday now 😢

Don’t know when I’m going to get the replacement section of the pole, they have not stated when I can expect it othered than being told it’s being sent to me.

It wasn’t a cheap item so very disappointed with the service. Wish I had just returned it and had my money back.

Today I receive an email saying any order over £25, which this item was would receive a 2kg bag of sunflower seeds and express delivery on your order. I asked if I could have the sunflower seeds as a gesture of goodwill, as my order still has not been received and they said no I can have some points towards a future order!

Not a company I would recommend to anyone and probably will not use again!

Do not pick EVRI for delivery. My order was received at their hub and as far as I am aware it is still there nearly 2 weeks later. No update and no contact from company either. I had to phone to chase and thankfully a very pleasant young man arranged a new delivery of the order via DPD 🤞. Do not use EVRI.
