I am truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you have experienced with your order. We understand how important it is to receive your items within the timeframe you were expecting, and this is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers.
On September 13, 2026, you placed an order for three Magis Tibu Black Adjustable Bar Stools by Anderssen and Voll. At the time the order was placed, the estimated shipping timeframe provided was 1–5 business days.
I also wanted to provide some additional clarification regarding estimated shipping times. As outlined in our terms and conditions, the shipping timeframe provided at the time of purchase is an estimate and may change based on product availability. Once an order is accepted by the manufacturer, we receive an updated estimated ship date and communicate that information to the customer if it differs from the original estimate provided at checkout. 30-Day Return Policy | LuxeDecor
On September 18, 2026, the manufacturer confirmed your order and provided an updated estimated shipping timeframe. We immediately emailed you with the following update:
“The manufacturer has provided a shipping date estimate of the week of November 27th. Please note, this timeframe is subject to change and these products may ship earlier than estimated. Please contact us with any questions or if you would like alternative suggestions, we are here to help! We will keep you informed of any updates and tracking information as soon as they become available.”
We completely understand that this updated timeframe is frustrating, especially when you were originally expecting your order to ship much sooner. Please know that we will continue to monitor your order closely and will share any updates with you as soon as they become available. If the manufacturer is able to ship the stools sooner than the current estimate, we will be sure to let you know.

Thank you for reaching out. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused. I completely understand how disappointing it can be when the expected delivery timeframe changes, and this is not the experience we want for any of our customers.
After reviewing your order, I see that it was placed on September 14, 2026, for the Four Hands Outdoor Providence Naval Rectangular Dining Table.  At the time your order was placed, the estimated shipping timeframe provided was 2–4 weeks, which was also included on your order confirmation.
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy | LuxeDecor  estimated shipping times are provided based on the information available when the order is placed and are subject to change based on product availability and the manufacturer’s production schedule. Once an order is accepted by the manufacturer, if the estimated shipping date differs from the original timeframe provided, we send an updated estimated ship date.
After the vendor confirmed your order, we sent you an updated estimated shipping date on September 16, 2026, advising that the manufacturer had provided an estimated shipping date of the week of December 2, 2026. Please keep in mind that this timeframe is still an estimate and is subject to change. There is also a possibility that the order may ship earlier than currently anticipated.
