Great Service.
What made it great was I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. I stated my name and the person remembered that I had enquired previously about acoustic guitars. I was shown the guitars and was allowed to play them to see which guitar was suitable for me. The chit chat during the process of purchasing the guitar was pleasant and courteous. I couldn’t rate the customer service highly enough.

Thank you for your prompt delivery and excellent customer service. I have only placed a 4 star due to the excessive plastic packaging for delivery that was unnecessary.
I will continue to shop with mall music, but I will avoid the delivery service.
