They chase and want more payments from paid ticket

Requested several callbacks via the Portal, no call backs. Almost like they are trying to drag this out . I have now had to write a letter listing all my attempts.

I will happily go to court with this company. I am being chased for a fine that isn't mine. I made the original company aware I was not the driver at the time and the next thing I know I'm getting chase letters by Moorside legal who is a fraudulent company threatening me with ccjs. I have evidence and will see them in court. The staff are very rude and unhelpful and need to be shut down.

To whom it concerns I have received a text with a ref number and no information what it is about. I have tryed to call and no reply on hold for over 25 minutes. I have emailed also tryed to check the reference number. I tryed to match to my emails and not recognized . Tryed registering and still no luck. Why are company's ok to do this and expect money with no information sent? here goes all the bullying. My email response but I can't log on to anything?

I received a quite unpleasant txt whilst I was a work saying we sent you a letter either respond or further action will be taken .So I am thinking what , I don’t have anything I haven’t paid or any parking fines because I have parked no where where I have not paid or left within time . I googled them and parking fines are what comes up .So I ring, wait forever to be answered , give ref number and the woman says oh it’s a company it’s not you .Thats all and good but should a legal company not do their research.My daughter reckons someone mistyped the phone number and what they put was mine not the company they actually wanted .She thought it was funny , unbelievable , she said she would remove my number .Reading the reviews this looks to be common practice , makes you wonder how they got a actually got to set up and be approved to operate .

A parking scam company.
Parked my car 02/04/23 outside Costa in disabled space with my blue badge as a disabled person. came out after an hour they fined me to park more than an hour, talked to the manager she said do not worry we will sort it, Kentucky next door, so I went and talked to them they aid I was not parked in their space and I was in Costa and if they say thy sort it they will. I then started getting threatening letters from UKCPS , kept replying that I parked in disable space with rights of 3 hours, they ignored me and today there is a court letter with their address on it , how do they get court papers ??? I am disabled, fighting cancer and they don't leave me alone and they want 275.20 from me nearly 70 years old and the stress is killing me all the emails and numbers on the forms are fake none works who do you turn to I am desperate with these . They are claiming on behalf of Kentucky because Costa has moved away what a joke scammers

I received a “Letter Before Claim” from Moorside Legal Services seeking £170 for an alleged parking debt linked to a residential permit situation.
I was an authorised resident and had a valid resident permit. The permit was inside the vehicle and the permit number was visible; it had simply slipped. Despite raising a formal written dispute and requesting proper engagement and evidence, the matter was escalated to debt recovery and then legal threats.
This approach feels disproportionate and creates unnecessary stress for residents who are already authorised to park. If you are acting on instructions from a parking operator, you should ensure disputes are properly reviewed and that clear evidence and reasoning are provided before issuing “Letter Before Claim” correspondence.
I am requesting that this file is reviewed properly, that the dispute is addressed in writing, and that no further action is taken while the matter remains formally disputed.

I accidentally sent them to £1300 and they stole it don’t pay them a penny they’ll steal from you

Incompetent & dishonest. Shouldn't be allowed a license!

This company is conspiring with UKCPS .
A parking scam company .
Both company’s details (directors ) are on company’s house website as required by law .
They are running a criminal deception at Piccadilly gateway .access road .
Issuing invoices for “stopping” to read signage
them manipulating the county court system to bully people who don’t pay .
The wording on the claim form is for PARKING .
And if it’s parking “ Thornton v shoe lane”
Case law applys where you can decide whether to park or not.
And there is an established grace period.
They know this - hence criminal deception .
Both moor side legal and UKCPS are fully aware of this .
This company is deliberatly as good as uncontactable .
Anyone who is targeted by this company should report them to the financial ombudsman
Eventually then the authorities will investigate them .
I am in the process of exposing this and will post if all invoices paid in the last 9 years are deemed void so people can claim back

Phoned up yesterday and set up authorised third party for a case. Phone back today and they say they have no record of the authorisation or in fact the call so would not speak to me. Feels like deliberate obstruction

Its a shame i have to give even one star! I have been chased on two parking tickets for a car that i have never even owned, and at a time when i wasnt even in the country! But rather than them checking this they want me to provide the evidence or i will receive a CCJ!

As a legal company surely the first thing you do is check the vehicle ownership!

They make it very hard to raise a complaint. The complaints page is as much use as a chocolate tea pot. They provided an email address which i received an automated response to say 'mailbox not monitored'. Im now having to go directly to the legal ombudsman to raise the complaint.

Forgot about a fine, then was away for a while came back to it increasing to £190 so opted for payment plan. Paid the first amount and set up the plan online, recieved email confirmation, then they proceeded to harass me with letters and texts threatening court action saying I hadn’t paid. They need a better system, it’s obviously laggy.

Terrible company! Currently on the phone to them received countless scare tactics decided to ring them today told me I had two outstanding parking tickets one in January!! And one in July! However the one in January has stayed at £170 but the one in July “went through the court” and went up to £300 guys had me on hold 5 minutes because he can’t answer why the July one would of been sent to court and not the January one! Be very careful with this company offer them a payment plan between £5-10 a month provided it hasn’t “been through court” company does put ccj on your file and hide behind there a law firm! I’ve just asked him why the July one has gone to court and how much money moorside legal will take! Remember to record the calls and they’ll start stuttering. I’ve asked for a breakdown on where all my money is going and I would like a decent explanation as to why one has doubles and one has stayed the same! Also if they haven’t “been to court” THEY WILL ACCEPT £10 A MONTH!!

I had a mediation appt and agreed to pay £100. They are now chasing me for a further £290. I've spoken to them and they say they'll ring me back and never do. Appalling, they shouldn't be allowed to trade.
Causing me great distress and upset. This all over a ticket that I got when my dog died and there was no spaces so had to park where there was no yellow lines and close enough as we had to carry him :(

Received a letter out of the blue saying that an unpaid NCP fine for £170 was now due and if not paid, they would go to county court.
This is the first I have heard.
No evidence. Nothing. Just a threatening letter

Ridiculous. That's pretty much all I can say.
They took the payment over the phone and now refuse to provide proof of payment.
Scammers.

Chasing for an old fine that had already been settled with Parking Control Management (PCM). At first, I was confused and asked for more clarity yet they wouldn’t provide any further clarification. After contacting PCM and reading reviews I understand it’s just scare tactics they use on everyone. Ignore this company and take them to court given the opportunity as what they are doing cannot be legal. I will be reporting to BPA, DVLA and the ICO for misuse of data.

Scammers!! Sold my car more than two years ago and they contacted to pay, if they contact again i wjll be reporting police, company house and take action against these scammers, I don't understand why this company still open after seeing all these reviews and no one do nothing about it

They suppose to be following the law of the land, unfortunately they do not, they come after your money, however forgot to check if their client followed due diligence or not.

This company should be avoided.
