I cannot believe that I have been approached by a bunch of clueless morons who bombard me with automated phone calls and letters demanding that I owe over a thousand pounds of parking fines without providing any details whatsoever of the alleged offence.
They rely solely on bully boy tactics in the hope that the majority of people would be terrified once a letter of threatening behaviour lands on their doormat.
Utter scammers and amateur at that.

Paid a payment of £42.50 across 8 months over a year ago. They have contacted me a year later saying I still owe the money. Clearly hoping I’d have forgotten and paid again. Joke of a company need to be gone.

Takes forever to get through, staff unhelpful. my fine was for parking in my own parking space but they would not listen. I paid this just to get rid of them

Completely unhelpful and rude. I rang to challenge a parking fine that I never received and all they said is that I would be taken to court if it is not paid. They offer no support or willingness to hear your side or evidence. I have never been late to pay a fine and I would have paid this one HAD I RECEIVED IT. scammers

Am gutted I had to give one star as they certainly do not deserve that! After waiting for them to pick up the telephone, I found the guy to be very ignorant.
I am so happy I recorded the call. I explained that ‘their client is a first class liar, has mislead them, the fact is I have never heard about this matter from their client and therefore their involvement was premature. I also told them that I do not accept, I dispute this charge and if your client feels he/she has a case then they should send this matter to the Swansea County Court. I also said that they should be advised that I will not accept any judgements, fake warrants of control, CCJ’s or other from the Northampton Business Centre’ which is not a County Court at all as it has no judges, solicitors or other.’

Lastly, as heard via this call, I warned then and put them on notice of the following: ‘You are warned and on notice that I am disabled and vulnerable. Having done a search on Moorside Legal Services Limited, I have seen the bad reviews about you and is why you are being warned and on notice that I will not have anything to do with you whatsoever. Under no circumstances will I be in contact with you again in relation to this matter and now that you are aware that I will have nothing to do with you, the harassment acts will no longer protect you! Should you contact me again in relation to this matter then complaints will be made to South Wales Police against the Boss of Moorside Legal Services Limited. Complaints will also commence to your regulators, Parliament members, and media and website app platforms’.

Moorside Legal Services Limited will not have a penny from me for this private parking charge at Sqiwen Service Station SA10, they can take a run and jump...

At best, this company has very inept business practices. At worst, they are highly unethical. They managed to get a court judgment against me using an address I had left five years ago. So I had no idea this had taken place until I saw it when I logged into Experian 5 months after the judgment had taken effect. And I had no opportunity to defend myself against it as they were using this old, incorrect address. They've caused me a huge amount of problems as I can't access any credit, and I am now in a 6 month long queue to try and clear this in court. I contacted them a month ago to try and get all the details I need regarding this CCJ, and they are ignoring me. They are a terrible business who should be ashamed.

Payment has been taken across 3 months of March, April, May for £42.50. I have since had further communication to say the original owed money has never been paid with threats of bailiffs. I contacted yourselves today to question who I paid the money to and why to be told that there is no record under my name, address, or registration plate. I was told no manager is available. I have massive concern over the fact I’ve paid over £130 in March, April and May of this year to be told there is no account for me but you have happily took payments every month for 3 months. I asked for a manager to be told there is no managers available and I can send an email and callback tomorrow. What difference will calling back tomorrow have if there is no account for me? I’m going to be contacting relevant organisations in regards to this unless someone calls me within 24 hours - how they will do this I am unsure as there was no option for me to leave a number as apparently I have no account.

Moor side out of the blue sent a text to my number with a reference stating make payment or go to court, when I called the number it would only allow me to put in the reference and that kept saying it was incorrect, I emailed them and received a call to a guy who was aggressive in tone and kept telling me I needed to pay. I asked him for some written communication or proof this was not a scam and he said we don’t provide evidence but eventually explained it was for a toll charge from four years ago
The details they had were not my address but a previous one and explained I need some proof before I will arrange payment as I don’t want to be scammed as the reference number and all the details were incorrect ! He advised me this would not happen and I would be taken to court

SCAMMERS!!!! This is a scam company who have bought lists of old timeshare owners and are now trying to convince you that you need to get out of your contract and pay them to do it so the timeshare company don't take you to court for the arrears.

Slick sales talk to try and get you to part with money based on fear!!

They've been sending emails for the past year addressed to someone who does not live here. We do not know who the person the letters are addressed to. This is clearly an internal error and a horrible oversight during the address verification. The letters won't stop and it's impossible to contact someone about it.

Harassed for years over an alleged parking offence. No proof, just threats and bullying. Avoid these charlatans at all costs.

Parked in KFC carpark Woodseats sheffield and i got a parking fine even though its a free car park, Moorside Legal and Trace sent probably 10 letters I was told to ignored them and they escalated it to a county court letter and said I must pay it, but all the evidence was wrong dates etc,

Dodgy, unprofessional, & thick

Oh my God. I appreciate that they are driven by their very dubious clients but JEEZ they are incompetent. Their standard response to emails is "we'll get back to you in 14 days "

If you are looking for a half decent legal team you need to look beyond Moorside Legal Services .

Absolutely a scam. Refuse to pay parking fine in KFC car park. As we left the premises . So how do you get a meal without getting out of your car. You numpty? Now a fake court claim against us for not £258. So paying it just for sake of it to give some more to scamming Londoners !! Hope you get your comeuppance 🤣🤣

Only getting one star as couldn't give 0. Reluctantly paid them the parking fine they had chased me for. I know they received the cheque as it was tracked delivery and it was signed for at their offices. I rang to make sure they had it, they confirmed they had an sent an email to confirm they were cashing it. The money left my account a few days later. Then a few weeks date I got an email saying they hadn't cashed the cheque and I needed to pay it again! I refused they said they were taking me to court as hadn't paid. I provided them with evidence the money had gone out and that it was paid into their bank as confirmed by their own and my bank. They didn't respond. I raised a complaint that they "investigated" found they had done nothing wrong and I still owed them the money! Wrote to them again, that was 28 days ago, they didn't reply to that or emails. Yesterday I got back from holiday to a letter from the court saying they were claiming default and I needed to most.
I have reported to West Yorkshire police for fraud and the Solicitors Regulatory Authority

These idiots keep sending letters to my house to SIR/MADAM. Meaning the system in automated. I opened them and they are threatening to take SIR/Madam to court. The Director Mr Tom Clough apparently went to The University of Law for two years - he's on Linkdn, which is a Mickey Mouse establishment and furthermore they have not taught students the basics i.e that a 'person' has to attach itself to a contract in order for it to be so called 'legal'
Should be reported to the SRA!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Absolute shampbolic company never in my life have I dealt with such awful customer service (if you can call it that). Been trying to sort a parking fine for my son since 7th April! They lost my son’s forms for over 4 weeks, they ignored emails and when you get to speak to someone on the phone all they do is demand payment, what a joke of a company! They then proceeded to demand an unrealistic payment within 6 days of them locating my sons lost forms and slapped a CCJ on his file! I’ve reported this company to the SRA and emailed Adam Peacock Director Moorside, and shock horror he’s not responded. Extremely poor for a Director.

Told me they couldn’t assist me with my query over the phone and that I would have to email it as my specific issue needs to be escalated to a management team. They then ignored me for 2 months and finally responded saying they won’t help me and I’d just have to use the online portal to pay.

Not sure how I can pay £700pm to these clowns when I’m not even earning that much a month, and have to rely on help from friends to buy food and pay my rent
