This company is an absolute joke. Their job is to scare you and take your money. After I settled the case with National Car Parks directly and got confirmation email that they contacted them to close the case, these clowns are still chasing me to pay them weeks after. Good luck, idiots!

Terrible company sending CCJ to my previous address without allowing me to appeal a bloody insane parking ticket.

Imagine studying for years to only get a bottom feeding job like this!!!

Been trying to get in contact with this company regarding a PCN. Getting auto reply’s to every email and have been trying for a week to get someone to contact me but no joy whatsoever.

This company are bunch of money grabbing thieves pursued myself for an alleged parking infringement.
despite the fact, i have the proof of paid ticket, proof that the shell company Anchor Security Services LTD, also in an email admit i have a paid parking ticket .
They also use ILLEGAL Methods to gather your personal data, ie block witheld number so you must phone unrestricted they then save your number and sell on to OVERSEAS Scammers & fraudsters .. also they phone you late at night an make credible threats of violence . until you call back with a recording and then they offer to settle with you but you must sign a NDA .. Note several directors at Anchor are under investigation for sex grooming gangs same director are linked to moorside.. DONT PAY THEM DONT NOT AGREE TO BE PAID OFF, DO NOT SIGN THEIR NDA

they are claiming that i put £20 but i owe £8-0 plus £60 for there fee. i have never not paid for fuel.

This company behave like a bunch of money grabbing thieves pursued my disabled seriously ill brother for an alleged parking infringement and threatened to take to court he was becoming sicker by there harassment so asked me to pay nearly three hundred pounds for him which i did .do not trust these money grabbers going after the sick and vulnerable wish i could give them minus 1000.

This company is merely buying alleged parking infringements ,and then harassing people into paying by bullying tactics.

Credit rating went down - did not know why spoke to Experian they said I had a ccj which they thought was for parking fine as the solicitor who issued the ccj Moorside Legal dealt with parking disputes. Experian confirmed parking notice and ccj issued to address I had left in 2022. Rang Moorside did not want to know got an email address out of them sent email which I also copied to Adam Peacock (CEO) - no response. They are not interested in listening to the truth or putting right their mistake just want to extract money from you

I am extremely disappointed with Moorside Legal. As a disabled individual, I was let down when I wrongfully received a PCN despite clearly displaying my disabled badge. After providing all the necessary evidence, they sided with the parking company, PCM, rather than supporting my case. I spent countless hours pursuing this matter only to lose in court. I feel that my situation was not given the attention it deserved, and I caution others to IGNORE these people.

Totally agree with previous comments. Am being harassed because THEIR tech was faulty. I paid for my parking but they are still chasing me 10 months later. Time for this trade to be cleaned up.

Scammers, don't pay a penny to this company, they are a stranger to an "alleged debt"!

This company is the third debt collector acting on behalf of Ocean Parking.
No parking infringement was made and this company is as bad as the others for not looking at the history and situation.

Disgraceful behaviour towards a vulnerable disabled person

Moorside have contacted me even though I have already provided their client with proof that I am not in breach of contract. I am being pushed to pursuing legal action for harassment

Shameless money grabbing via NCP car parks. This is a legally dubious fines company pretending to be a parking company. Business model is: NCP make payment difficult with faulty tech, hoping you'll make an error so they can hand it off to Moorside Legal who will aggressively pursue you through the courts for £265 instead of 95p.

Even when you agree to a court hearing - which everyone should by the way, you can search online for how to do this - they will try to bully you more by threatening that these defences dont work and they you must pay them.

They will also try to get this review removed by demanding lots of information, and if you don't provide it will ask Trustpilot to remove it.

Hopefully if enough people push back against this type of extortion it will finally be banned, as private clamping was.

Scammers despicable people praying on the vulnerable!

Nothing but a scamming cowboy outfit...abd I'm guessing all the 5 star reviews on here are false!!!

This company are associated with some of the despicable private car parking companies that are, incredibly, permitted to operate in the UK.

They persistently send out scrounging letters, which amounts to harassment, especially when there is nothing owed, but their letters are written to imply that there is. This is a clear attempt to bully vulnerable people.

If they *believe* there is a debt, they should, after one letter (bearing in mind their associates have already sent several), either drop the matter or issue proceedings.

They are, incredibly, registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. If they harass you, it's worth putting a complaint in, even though it will probably be pointless. If they are still allowed to operate now, it shows that nothing has been done about it so far.

They really are a despicable set of characters, pay them nothing *unless* they win at court, they depend on vulnerable people capitulating easily.

The fact this situation even exists shows the state of the UK.

I was advised by CAB to phone this company about a PCN and explain about why I had appealed and it was turned down within the hour. I hv received a letter with no details of where I was parked or for how long etc, just asking me to pay £170 or set up 4 installments. I am a 74yr old pensioner and unpaid carer for my invalid daughter and her ADHD son and dyslexic daughter. Although she has a disabled badge and I hv a registered carer badge, there are no allocated spaces or anywhere for me to pick her or her children up or stop for even 5 mins. This company was extremely unsympathetic and rude. The girl kept cutting in and just asking for payment. I kept saying I thought u were advertised that u wud be empathetic if discussed on a phone call, but this definitely was not the case. She tried to say she wud set up a payment scheme of 4 payments over 4 months. I explained that I hv to subsidise my daughter and my mentally ill brother, soon my pension, I wud not be able to afford this and I said that I shouldn't be pressured into doing anything until I hv had an appt with CAB and received advice etc. This company is a disgrace, DO NOT think they will help or amicably come to an understanding and an agreement with u
