I have been receiving non-stop nuisance robo calls from them for months. Daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I've gotten in touch with them multiple times so they can identify what their order of business is and provided both email and addresses for them to communicate but the calls won't stop and I have yet to receive any meaningful correspondence from them.

Utter joke. I’m being chased for a PCN from 3 years ago - I have 7 days to cough up, yet they can take 28 days to respond to an email. Completely ignored my SAR and cannot supply the information requested. So far all I have received is my car driving in and out. Bunch of money grabbing people

They make up their own rules with several attempts to bully and con money they are unable to justify or substantiate.

They fail to provide any substantive evidence in support of their caims hopefull of a windfall. Anyone receiving an invoice or demands for payments from Moreside Legal should refrain from responding or paying and challenge their bogus request when you receive a letter of claim.

If only we coud give them a minus score, glad to provide this honest feedback.

Worst legal company on the planet. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

No matter how ridiculous a private parking company's claim is, these lot will stick with it and send plenty of letters chasing the money, which has been denied.. they will start court proceedings then will drop off last minute. This is ridiculous and this needs to be better regulated.

Guys make sure when you get a call from these guys and go through Data Protection you DO NOT give your address, the reason you do not give your address is for your data protection. They try and tell you that they need your address for there data protection. They will soon leave you alone if you follow this simple instruction. Thank me later

Always go to court. These cowboys tried chasing me for £330 and were so desperate for the cash they even said I could pay £10 a month for 33 months!

Didn't even get to a hearing. Once claim was issued, I put all evidence in as my defence and then miraculously they discontinued the claim.

Don't be bullied. Don't give in.

Misleading firm
This firm tried to mislead me by saying my defence wasn't valid as I got expert help from a well known forum.
Yet the judge disagreed and struck out the case and I got costs
Never be bullied by any parking firm or firms acting on their behalf

This firm just basically misleads people and then they get spanked in court. Never give in to them. Very beatable . They don't like people getting help from forums
They think they can do what they want. They can't

Sent me a court letter to chase a parking ticket, which I was still in the car and the pictures clearly show I was still in the car.

Scammers, how about you all go get a real job instead of robbing the country?

Threatening, unprofessional letters for a cowboy private parking firm that's scamming drivers in a retail unit car park. If that's the kind of client they take on I wouldn't trust them for anything legitimate

I had a letter from this firm and they lie to you!
They are not open about to deal with parking tickets
They try and recover fake debt recovery fees
Appalling firm

Worst of the worse. Cowboys who try to bully and intimidate innocent people on behalf of car park owners.

Countless threatening letters and bullying tactics. No idea why anyone would choose to use this firm or work there

Tried to sue me on behalf of an unregulated private parking company. They wasted everybody's time as the claim was discontinued, probably because they knew they didn't have a leg to stand on. They rely on the publics gullibility about litigation in the hope that they will capitulate once litigation starts. They come across as poorly trained wannabe legal reps.

Don't believe there scam fight back on any parking charge notices if they threaten to take you to county court, complete amateurs.

Moorside legal like to bully defendants in a style which is copied directly from BW Legal. This is both misleading and untrue. Courts do not entertain this sort of behaviour and they don't mind people getting help from forums. Moorside legal should know better then to act as bullies in threatening unreasonable costs(they don't seem to understand using Internet forums does not constitute unreasonable behaviour)

for that reason we do not intend to respond substantively to correspondence like this. We invite you to properly address the matter at hand and if you do not believe the debt it owed, explain why.

Correspondence of this type does not assist with narrowing the dispute and any time spent responding is disproportionate to the matter.

if you continue to send correspondence of the same nature that is clearly not your own words, we will consider this to be unreasonable behaviour. We will raise your unreasonable conduct at court, if a claim is issued, to submit you should be liable for our clients cost.”

They tried to sue me on behalf of G24. Yet the claim had already been decided. Moorside legal refused to listen to me. So I had the claim struck out and costs of over £900 awarded against their client..

I also had the displeasure of this firm saying that i was wrong using Money Saving parking (parking boards) was against court protocol and that I could have costs awarded against me.
However I have since had this proved wrong

I spoke to Marc today who was absolutely amazing. Marc has gone above and beyond to help and assist me with my case. I felt he was very understanding especially when I told him my case has been affecting my mental health and I couldn't stop crying. Yet he was able to make me smile and reassured me that he will help me. This man really deserves some recognition and a bonus! Excellent service and was quick to answer the phone. Thank you again Marc I really hope you can help me and I'm sorry again for being a crying mess. 100% great guy x

I called them to discuss about phone calls which i was receiving again and again regarding some outstanding balance.The lady who answered phone was very rude.instead of sorting out matter or settling down she ended up with threatning behavoiur .
