A friend's recommendation of MyNextBike as well as the high scores here on Trustpilot gave me a lot of confidence before using them - and indeed my experience buying an ebike using MyNextBike was first rate. Paid using PayPal, order confirmed straight away. Comms really good. (I opted for their recommended 'Cycle Courier Co' delivery and this too went swimmingly - the bikes are properly restrained and protected during delivery). A great experience end-to-end, many thanks. MyNextBike and Cycle Courier Co will be my first choice when buying or selling a bicycle.

I have sold my bike last month and it was collected on the the 19th of July and delivered to the buyer on the 21st of July. I've waited the 30 days and then reached out to MNB has the funds had not reached my account.
Their customer journey after the bike has been shipped off needs improvement, and their emails didn't come through due to some technical reason.
I had to chase them a few times, but in the end they were able to work out the issues and all is good.

Kindly read…. I was very apprehensive about selling my bike via MyNextBike. HOWEVER… you NEED to TRUST the process as it WORKS.
List your bike, it’ll sell or you get offers, you agree or counter offer.
Once the sell / sale is agreed an independent courier company message you to arrange collection… NO BOX, they arrive and take multiple pictures of the bike, load into a van and take to their secure premises. THEY arrange delivery to the new owner.
Payment transfer is approx 28 days after delivery for the FIRST bike you sell.
Payment date and amount agreed (you see this as the seller) is paid direct into your bank.
It is SEAMLESS, please trust me.
I’m very impressed I’m preparing another quality MTB to sell.
Payment of other bikes sold ‘after the initial one’ is within a week or so.
DONT BE MUCKED ABOUT WITH EBAY.. use MyNextBike.

First time user of this website. The whole process was smooth and easy to navigate. Sale proceeded without issue and payment received within specified time. Queries responded to quickly . Would recommend snd use again

Sadly, this was a total waste of money. I was pestered to buy additional services, yet there were no views or interactions for the first paid for marketing product / service.

I bought a bike here but I received the bike in bad conditions. My Next Bike happily paid for all the services, as well as paying for the delivery in full! I thought it’d be bad but they fixed it in the best and quickest way possible

With this system I felt confident about buying a second hand bike without having seen or tested it beforehand. The descriptions on the website helped to make an informed choice, and the whole buying/ delivery process went smoothly.

Like a lot of people I'm sure when I first found MyNextBike I checked to make sure it was legit. It certainly seemed it, so took the plunge and ordered and paid for a Cannondale Trail SL3 which looked pretty well immaculate. I paid for it to be delivered and within minutes of the transaction I had confirmation of my purchase and further information for me. The CycleCourierCompany were the company delivering it and they were great as well. I really cannot fault MyNextBike - oh wait a minute yes I can - their site is addictive!!!! I keep browsing through it thinking, "Oh that looks superb", or "How can I manage without that" !!! It's a very well laid out, and easy to navigate site, and the payment process is simple and streamlined. If and when I need another bike I would have absolutely no hesitation in using MyNextBike and thoroughly recommend them.

Unfortunately my order needed to be cancelled and refunded as there were some issues with the seller.

Extremely well organised, from placing an add to receiving payment was trouble free and efficient

All went well, I was regularly updated and payment was on time.

I bought an ebike from mynextbike and selected the verify and service option - first time customer. During inspection it was identified that the battery should be replaced. This was all an expensive replacement and a complicated install procedure - all was completed by the team using original manufacturer parts at no extra cost to me. This did result in a delay to receiving the bike but I was kept very well informed on progress by Harry and Julie. They were also very responsive to any emails or enquiries that I made. When the bike arrived it was well worth the wait! Many thanks mynextbike - I’ll definitely use this service again and have no issues recommending it. Safe, reliable and well informed service.

The team helped me through each step of listing my bikes, from photographing to information on the product.
The team were very prompt in replying, to any query that I had, & i was notified quickly, of any potential interest on the bikes. I also found their website, really easy to navigate.
