A lot of fun
A lot of fun. Enjoyed the top I got. It happened to be reversible too which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for your review!
We’re really glad you enjoyed your shirt — and getting a reversible one is a great bonus! It’s always nice when the mystery reveal comes with an extra surprise.
We really appreciate the recommendation and hope you have just as much fun with your next box.
Thanks again for your support ⚽
Awful
Awful, hardly a mystery when they send a group of people the exact same shirt that’s clearly dead stock, shocking, would not recommend. I will not be using again…

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.
As clearly stated on our website, when ordering as a group we strongly recommend placing one single group order so we can ensure everyone receives different shirts. When multiple people place separate orders at similar times, we unfortunately have no way of knowing the orders are connected, as each order is picked individually from the same live stock pool.
Our stock changes constantly depending on supply from clubs and manufacturers. In some periods we may have larger quantities of certain teams available, and once those sell through, they are often gone permanently. This is the nature of authentic football shirt supply, which is why the element of randomness is central to the mystery box experience.
We completely understand why receiving the same shirt as friends can be frustrating, which is exactly why we highlight placing group orders together wherever possible so we can actively avoid duplicates.
Quick dispatch and delivery
Quick dispatch and delivery. Bought a premium and standard both premium in my opinion my son loves them. Recommend.

Thanks so much for the great review! We're really pleased to hear the dispatch and delivery were quick and that both shirts felt premium — even better that your son loves them 🙌
That’s exactly what we aim for with every box, so it’s great to know they hit the mark.
We really appreciate the recommendation and hope you enjoy the next reveal if you order again ⚽📦
Not so mystery football tops
Shocking, 10 of my friends ordered “mystery” shirts for a night out and all got the same exact top. If your thinking of doing this sort of thing use a different website

Thanks so much for your review! We're really pleased to hear the ordering process was easy and that your order arrived quickly.
We hope your grandson loves the shirt when he opens it — the reveal is always the best part! ⚽📦
We really appreciate you choosing Mystery Football for such a special gift.
The website needs clarity
The website needs clarity. Kids shirts are listed as priced at £24.99 however when you select a larger size the actual price is actually £34.99 so the site should state prices "from" £24.99.
Also the preference needs more clarification as I stipulated "no pink" as this was for a boy and they sent a kit adorned with pink, apparently I would have been required to list every club with a pink shirt as this is not accepted as a colour preference.
Needless to say I will return now for a refund rather than exchange as the whole process is flawed form the start not to mention misleading pricing.
My first ever and last order, a nice concept although the reality is just a very poor overall service.

Thanks for your feedback.
There are no issues with pricing clarity on the product page. When selecting the size from the dropdown, the correct price is clearly displayed before the item is added to the cart. Kids shirts vary in price depending on size due to supplier costs, which is why the price updates dynamically once the size is selected.
In terms of order preferences, the comment box clearly states that it is for teams to avoid. It is not advertised that we can accommodate colour requests or general style preferences. As this is a mystery box, shirts are selected completely at random from a live stock pool, and our packing team does not know what shirt is inside each sealed package prior to selection. This means requests such as specific colours unfortunately cannot be facilitated.
We aim to be fully transparent about how the product works, and the mystery element is a core part of the experience.
When the package was delivered
When the package was delivered, the box was ripped and damaged. This meant that the shirt inside was visible from the outside, which completely ruined the “mystery” aspect of the product that I paid for. Additionally, there was no card included to identify the team, which is normally part of the experience.
Overall, the condition of the packaging and the missing elements made the product feel poorly handled and not as described. This is not the level of quality I expected.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear that the packaging was damaged in transit and affected the mystery experience — we completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
We have already been in contact via email and arranged for the shirt to be returned so we can provide a replacement, ensuring you receive the full experience as intended, including the mystery reveal and team card.
Unfortunately, while we package our boxes securely, parcels can occasionally be damaged during the delivery process, but we will always put this right when it happens.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to resolve this for you. We hope your replacement delivers the experience you were expecting. ⚽
Awesome
Ordered a premium adult one and a junior shirt. Arrived pretty quickly and both very happy with shirts. AC Milan for me, love that shirt and son got a messi inter Miami one. Fab stuff. Thank you.

We love hearing that the experience was exciting for both you and your son - that’s exactly what Mystery Football is all about. Discovering a new team, learning about different leagues like the MLS, and following their games is all part of the fun.
It’s great to hear the shirt has sparked his interest and got him checking fixtures already - that’s the magic of the mystery!
We really appreciate your support and hope he enjoys following his new team. Hopefully the next box brings another great discovery ⚽
Thanks again for being part of Mystery Football!
very poor customer service
Very poor information handling, no contact revolving product status as I wasn’t made aware that my product wasn’t being sent to me because of the complications with teams I removed in my order notes, was only handled when I reached out. Only had 3 options of shirt which was dissapointing. Email response took a long time and I was made to get in contact through instagram which I view as highly unprofessional. Overall took 2 weeks and 2 days to arrive when the website claims to deliver in around 3-5

Thank you for your feedback - we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the experience.
For our UK Specific Mystery Box, stock availability is more limited compared to our best seller, as this product focuses only on shirts from UK clubs. In your order notes, a large number of UK teams were listed to avoid. All available teams for that product and size were listed within the comment box.
Because of this, your order was placed on hold while we reviewed the options available and a notification sent. We provided the available choices to ensure we could still send a shirt that met your preferences as closely as possible.
We always aim to dispatch orders within our advertised timeframe, however where extensive exclusions are provided - particularly on niche products such as UK-only boxes - additional handling time can occasionally be required to ensure we can fulfil the order correctly.
We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will take this on board as we continue improving the experience. Our goal is always to provide a fun and exciting mystery experience while being as transparent as possible about product limitations.
Thank you for giving Mystery Football a try, and we hope we can provide a smoother experience in the future.

Thank you for your review - we’re glad you liked the shirt itself.
The product ordered was our National Teams Mystery Box, which includes shirts from international teams across the world. The notes section is designed for teams you would like us to avoid, rather than to request a specific competition or tournament.
Our World Cup Mystery Box has not yet launched, so unfortunately we were unable to guarantee shirts from nations participating in the upcoming tournament.
We do always try to accommodate notes where possible, but requests relating to specific competitions cannot always be guaranteed unless selecting a product specifically designed for that theme.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you still enjoy the quality of the shirt received.

Terrible website experience
Terrible website experience and the shirts are...meh. I have been with MF for well over a year now. In this time one out of 5 shirts were not great qulaity wise. Peeling prints etc. Now I tried to change the address of my subscription as I am moving and christ this is a pain. Spent 20 minutes roaming a website where half the buttons are not working to find the subscription tab which was just not possible. Will have to cancel, as I am exhausted with not being able to manage a thing so simple.

Excellent service3
I was sceptical about ordering surprise football sites like this, due to others sites reviewing bad reviews so I went with mystery football due to good results. We weren't disappointed. Delivery very fast and my son turned 10 today and had a lovely surprise with his AC Milan shirt (this season). Will defiantly be ordering again, he said it's the best present ever and was super excited opening the box. Thanks mystery football team. X
