Highly recommended - Great value for money.
I have bought a mystery shirt from this company and I got a Bayern Munich home shirt from 2 seasons a go and then I ordered a Mystery Jumper/Jacket box and got an awesome Ajax FC Adidas Storm Jacket that is really nice.
I got great value for money. I will be buying from this company again.

Got my latest jersey recently. It was the Benfica home kit. Beautiful shirt. Can’t wait until next delivery.

I ordered a Large and they sent me a Medium. As I tried this shirt on to see if it would fit they refused a return as it was no longer new even though the label tags had not been removed. I mentioned multiple times it had been worn to try on but never outside even though Shane at mystique accused me multiple times with absolute no grounds. They made a mistake and made up all excuses to avoid a return. Really really unpleasant experience all round and would never use again. As “a gesture of good faith” I was offered a 10% discount on my next order but of course no swap in the correct size to correct their mistake. I was also asked if I was willing to remove my review after posting it even though this was a true reflection of my experience.

Delighted with the first jersey I bought back in May, it came within a week and was very high quality and a beautiful jersey for its price, mystique also seem to actually listen to customers on the teams they don’t want in their order unlike other mystery shirt companies (cough cough shirt in a box)

This company offers a NO refund, NO exchange & NO return policy. I naively didn’t check this beforehand so don’t make the same mistake as me.
Bought this for a jersey addict expecting to get a unique jersey like on their Instagram but we disappointingly got an Irish soccer jersey so not too mysterious. Size is wrong and nothing can be done.
Item came in 5 working days as stated on their site.

My mystery rugby shirt was dispatched quickly and with me in a matter of a couple of days. It's exactly what it says it is... a random shirt from anywhere in the world.

I received a fully licenced first team shirt from a far flung first tier club, with a one pager telling me about them. Unique, high quality, and a bit of fun taking a punt on something random.

Would certainly recommend.

Terrible cutomer service!!! NO RETURNS they have recently changed their policy.
I have politely asked if i can return a rugby shirt as it does not fit but they are trying to make out its 'personalised'. Shocking, the shirt has not been altered in any way and can be re-sold. After emailing back and forth I got nowhere, i even sent a picture to show it was in perect condition. It was delivered 4 days ago, well within the 14 days i can legally return items. They just kept saying it was personalised and its 'in their policy'. I then decided to look for the same shirt on AMAZON, just out of curiosity, turns out I could get it for £26, I wish I hadn't looked 😭.

Ordered XL child size and it doesn't fit a bigger size boy. I tried to ask them for a return but there is no help there. It is ridiculous that i can not send it back.
Not a happy customer. Will buy somewhere else.

Hab zweimal dort bestellt einmal im Jahr 2021 oder 2022 und in 2023.
Finde die Gestaltung der Boxen sehr cool und finde ebenso den Zettel mit der Erzählung über dir Historie des Verein von dem das Trikot stammt sehr originell.
Als erstes Shirt bekam ich damals das Heimtrikot von LOSC Lille von 2016 (bin da nicht ganz sicher) und letztes Jahr das dritte Trikot von Valencia aus dem Jahr 2021 (welches mir ehrlicherweise nicht sehr gefällt).
Finde die Ausbeute okay und man geht mit so einer Bestellung natürlich ein Risiko ein, dass das Trikot einen nicht so überzeugt.
Lieferung und alles weitere lief eigentlich sehr normal und alles kam wie bestellt an.
Vom Preis auch vollkommen tragbar, obwohl ich stark vermute, dass man das Valencia Shirt aufgrund seiner Unbeliebtheit damals für einen billigeren Preis bekam.
Dennoch will ich nicht meckern und kann die Seite empfehlen.

Terrible experience and customer service. Ordered a Large mystery shirt as a Christmas present for a relative. It didn’t fit him at all, it was more like a medium. I’m 5’9 and the large even fit me nicely. It was the same size as my other medium adidas , Umbro etc football shirts.

Anyway, I took photos and sent them an email to try and hopefully get the shirt sent back and exchanged for the next size up. Bear in mind the shirt wasn’t anything special, just some random Argentinian team. So I politely asked for an XL (a lot of other people would have asked for a refund or a different shirt sent out completely).

The person from Mystique Jerseys (guessing the owner) then replied saying that I was wrong about the sizing and there’s no chance the shirt isn’t too small, even though as I said I wear medium for everything and it fit me fine.

Anyway, he finally sent me the return policy which mysteriously got deleted off the website page.

I had to pay for postage to send it back, bit annoying but fair enough. Then my experience got even worse, they sent me an email saying the shirt is stained and that I would not be getting a refund.

The shirt wasn’t stained by me, it was tried on twice and put straight back in the box. They didn’t mention anything about the shirt being extremely small sized and coming without tags on. But they said I would have to pay them £3.99 if I wanted the shirt sent back out to me.

So not only have I wasted £42 with nothing to show for, they say I have to make that £46 just so I can be left with a stained football shirt that doesn’t fit right.

Absolute scam of a company and rude customer service - from the very first email it was all about how I was in the wrong and how they couldn’t possibly send out a bad product. They refused to post me back out my own item to come to some tiny resolution - that’s how bad they are.

Please stay away.

Ordered a mystery shirt a few days before christmas and did not think it arrive before christmas but it did, and the shirt it was a southampton shirt from last season, and the shirt was very unique. Definitely order again.

These guys really are fantastic. My first box was brilliant, delighted with the jersey, the scarf, the flag and the fact sheet, it's such a wonderful idea.

It's almost too good for the price they offer, genuinely great service and experience overall.

From my experience with mystique jersey I found that they had good customer service as I reached out to them and they responded very quickly and I received my shirt really quick.Overall I was really happy with my shirt as I didn’t get a really random kit and instead I got a psg shirt.

Was dubious about Ordering as had bad experiences with other similar companies, However Mystique was fantastic!! A quality Shirt sent out and delivered on time. I will not Hesitate to order again Thank you mystiquejerseys 👏
