Poor service, issues from first template, not giving clear directions, lead to further details. and install done with no seals or caulking, fitters moaning and seems to want to do a quick fit and out.

Very pricy, via DIY kitchens, go elsewhere where. For a better price personal service, and better fitting

Having gone through a very long and challenging build on our new extension, incorporating a new kitchen I can honestly say Natural Stone were the stand out suppliers throughout this process. They were competitively priced and from the initial templating appointment to the day of the installation I cannot recommend them enough.
I have had several comments from other tradesmen stating how good the quartz worktop looks.

This was my third kitchen project in 20 years, and my first (and last) time using Natural Stone Surfaces. Initial contact with the sales representative was positive, but I later discovered I’d been sold a design that was impossible to install. After paying a 50% deposit, communication stopped entirely — I had to chase daily just to confirm basic details, without ever receiving drawings or updates.

The installation was delayed, causing knock-on issues for my kitchen fitting and overall living arrangements. When the stone was finally fitted, there were multiple on-site adjustments, measurement errors, and pieces that didn’t fit properly. The installers did their best under the circumstances, but the end result felt improvised rather than professional.

Perhaps most disappointing was the attitude afterwards. No one followed up or showed any concern about the problems raised. The company offered £500 compensation on the condition that I leave positive feedback — and later demanded repayment when I hadn’t posted a review on Trustpilot and Google

Overall, my experience fell well short of expectations for a premium supplier.

Given the premium cost of this product the templating and fitting have been appalling. Despite raising issues have heard nothing since they inspected their shoddy work, so would question customer service as well. The work surface is beautiful, however despite ‘laser’ measurement the opening for the hob was about 10cms too small. Rather than send it back to be recut the fitters simply took an angle grinder and cold chisel to make it fit and thought that would do. One of the other surfaces had a dirty black mark across it, and was installed a left like it. After complaining it was polished out. Also the up stand was fitted, but because of a curve in the wall, there was a void behind it. Rather than filling the void, caulk was carefully applied on thin air and rapidly sunk behind the upstand. So for a premium product don’t expect a premium service, shop around.

I see there has been a response form natural stone who respond conveniently suggesting all matters from the complaint were resolved, clearly a barefaced lie, there are unresolved issues and I see from other dissatisfied customers they roll out the same line. But predictable response from an company trying to be consumer responsive but obviously failing. Why would I bother complaining if everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Clearly the company feel the consumers are fooled by this tactic.

Good communication, competitive pricing and sent samples very quickly. Templating and installation were very quick from the date of ordering and they did a fantastic job of fitting. Very happy with our new worktop!

Natural stone surfaces came to install my quartz kitchen worktop.
Despite the guys travelling a long way, they were super focused and clearly wanted to do a good job. Attention to detail was brilliant and we are extremely pleased with the standard of workmanship.

Excellent company to deal with. Lots of email information. When I rang to arrange the bookings they were really friendly, efficient and helpful. Both the templating appointment and the fitting were carried out on time and to a very high standard. Good advice given on a couple of alterations that were needed before the worktops were fitted when the templating was being carried out. The fitters then did a fantastic job and the finished product looks great. Thanks for a great service, would highly recommend.

We had a replacement quartz worktop installed in our utility room by Natural Stone Surfaces. The whole process - from initial contact through to installation - was professional, swift and trouble free.

I would not hesitate to use Natural Stone Surfaces again for any future projects.

Although looking at their website their main focus is on kitchen worktops, I used them for a granite hearth. From start to finish the process was very professional. The office staff replied to queries promptly, and the templating, then delivery and installation was fairly speedy. Living locally, I was able to go to their yard and see the granite close up. I was really impressed with the templating guy, and the two men who fitted the hearth. They were all very polite, very tidy and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

My first experience having quartz and it was nothing but positive! The communication was great and the fitting was prompt, it looks stunning I am soooo happy with it! Reasonably priced also, can’t complain! Thank you!
