A great service from start to finish. From initial discussion with Oliver , templating and fitting went as arranged and all ran smoothly. Great company to do buisness with and will most certainly recommend to friends and family.

Prompt reply to my call to say the kitchen had been installed. The man arrived quickly to measure and completed his task efficiently. The worktops arrived soon after and were fitted expertly and quickly. All workmen were polite, efficient, cleaning areas as they went.
I can highly recommend the firm and the product. Add another 5 stars to the rating.

Great company to deal with no issues with having to push date back a couple of times. Surveyor and fitters professional and courteous. Would definitely use again but quartz will probably last life time.

The quartz I ordered didn’t look anything like they offered. However, they did send an email with a photograph of the slab, before they started cutting. They tried hard to find an alternative, successfully. The templating and fitting was excellent, no problems, on time as advised.

Excellent product, great customer service, when I wanted extra grooves, all done no problem. Rick, the lovely guy that came to take the measurements was a pleasure! The team that delivered were great too, fitted in very quick time and took time to explain best ways to take of the stone. Would definitely recommended.

The fitters from Natural Stone Surfaces were prompt, very pleasant and consulted us wherever required. They worked methodically and accurately and the end result of the quartz surfaces in our new kitchen was very impressive.

Why this company deserves "excellent" for service:
1. So easy to contact by either phone or email.
2. Any question I had was answered quickly and politely.
3. Very understanding when unforeseen building works issues at our property resulted in a 12 month delay for fitting.
4. Templating was both efficient and professional with drawings for my review produced quickly.
5. The installation was great and my thanks to Dan and Daz who didn't mind me watching and answering my questions throughout the install.
My thanks to all those involved. I would have no hesitation using Natural Stone Surfaces again or recommending them to others.

The initial visit from the assessor was not acceptable.

He was arrogant, rude to my wife and I was on the point of throwing him out.
I complained to the business and from there things improved markedly. They stated he was a sub contractor and that they would send someone else to do the measuring.
A second man arrived who could not have been better. He was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
On the day of the installation the two fitters were again excellent, the finish and the product being faultless.

In conclusion, the result is excellent but it highlights the perils of a business sub contracting to someone who was rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

Stunning worktop. I was over the moon when they had finished installed the quartz worktop. I ordered the worktop via DIY-Kitchens. I thought the price was reasonable, customer service was great and the installers were great too.
They kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. Customer support was also helpful in talking to my kitchen installer who had a few questions.
I would 100% use Natural Stone Surfaces again for future kitchen projects. Thank you!

From the guy who was originally from Porto who did the template and his attention to detail to the guys who fitted the worktops, all did a truly amazing job, couldn't fault them!
