We have just had our quartz worktops supplied & fitted by Natural Stone Surfaces after buying our kitchen from DIY kitchens. We couldn't be happier with the quality, finish & cost of the job! The three lads who fitted our worktops were brilliant too, polite, professional & punctual... We would highly recommend this company after a great experience with them. Oh sorry forgot to mention the chap who came to measure up too. Also a great bloke who was very professional

We received fantastic service from start to finish from Natural Stone Surfaces. Our quartz worktops were purchased through DIY kitchens as part of a full kitchen renovation. Communication was excellent throughout the pre-install phase and when it came to installation we couldn't fault the courtesy and professionalism from the two guys doing the work. The finished result is flawless and is the icing on the cake for our kitchen transformation. An absolute recommendation to anyone considering new stone worktops.

The whole process from selection to installation of the worktops was very easy. All questions were dealt with politely and effectively - the customer service is top notch.
Templating and Installation is planned in 3-hour windows on the chosen date, and the only minor frustration was that I had to wait to almost the end of my templating 'slot' before the staff arrived to take the measurements, which took a further 90 minutes (so I ended up losing almost 5 hours off work).
That said, the product (I hade Silestone) is great and the installation was prompt, clean and high quality. The installers took great care to make the worktops a good tight fit and If I identified any snags they were immediately resolved. I'd definitely recommend them.

From planning to installation it was very quick as the kitchen was in place. The worktop looks the business, very pleased with it.

I ordered my worktops via DIY kitchens but was instantly contacted by Natural Stone Surfaces to explain each step of the process. I can honestly say from start to finish, their customer service and professionalism has been first class. Everything was explained carefully by email, any phone calls I had with the team were always friendly, helpful and accommodating, the guy who did the template measurements was excellent and instilled confidence in me that he knew exactly what he was doing.... and finally, the team who installed the worktops were amazing and I now have perfect worktops. You might think this should all be as you'd expect, but I've had two stone worktops in previous homes and they were nowhere near the standard and quality of cut or installation as I've experienced with Natural Stone Surfaces. I would happily recommend them to any family or friends.... thank you!

Our experience with natural stone surfaces was second to none, they phoned to let us know when they was coming to template and they was very punctual,then when it was ready they came and fitted it,it was perfect,would recommend then

Excellent service. We were not ready for the surfaces fitting for quite a few weeks. As soon as we notified the company that we were ready, we were contacted with a date for templating then shortly after this date the fitters arrived. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us informed at every sage of the process. The surfaces look beautiful.

Due to major renovation we weren’t ready to fit worktops until 9 months after purchase through DIY kitchens, we got a visit within a week of phoning. The measurements he made were an absolute god send as we thought the cabinets were level vertically and horizontally. We were able to mark where they were out and adjust. Less than a week later we had lovely new quartz worktops. Very cheerful and professional people. Would definitely use again.

I was pleased with the whole process from initial contact to fitting . Originally part of my DIY Kitchens order for a Dekton worktop, The templater arrived on time and was courteous. After about 10 days from Template the worktops were fitted by a polite, efficient and tidy crew. Whole experience positive.

Absolutely delighted with the service and quality provided by this company based in Buckley. A big shout out to Vickie who went beyond the expectations of what you could expect for Customer service she made sure we had exactly the right granite for our home. Came up with suggestions and guidance and didn’t complain no matter how many times we went to look to make sure! Choosing, measuring and fitting service gets an A star from us! Loads of choice for different budgets - highly recommended

We couldn't be happier with the excellent service provided by Natural Stone Surfaces. From the advice beforehand to the templating and then the remarkable work by the fitting team. The whole process was stress free. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience. We used them via DIY Kitchens and could not fault them. They did change the join last minute but it was a sensible move. Efficient and great quality. Well recommended.

Excellent service, speed & quality of product and fitting

The gentleman that did our template was outstanding and offered great suggestions and ideas really listening to what we wanted. He was very thorough and the templates were spot on. We were then supplied with another bill as the final design through the suggestions and our design were not included. Natural Stone did offer us a slight discount due to this mishap. The work tops were fitted seamlessly and are beautiful.
There are a few groove lines underneath which unless you are looking under wont see but the product as a whole is fantastic.

Excellent experience working with natural stone surfaces. Right from the beginning, Darryl was amazing. He was patient whilst I took my time to choose the worktop and sent multiple samples until I made a decision. The templating and installation were seamless with an equally great team of guys.
