Poor Packaging
When the rug arrived it was in a cardboard box which was torn all over. Even the bag that the rug was in was torn.

Non existent follow up to non delivery of goods
I only received two of the products ordered and paid for. The balance were never delivered as the delivery service declared them to be damaged and returned to sender. Naylors has never followed this up with me

Another successful shopping trip!
