Very poor first experience
Ordered boots and had to use a forwarding service because apparently this one particular pair couldn’t be delivered to NI.
Arrived cover is white paint smudges, flecks and splashes, with scratches and marks all over the boots.
Requested a return for a replacement, no can do only a refund. Not ideal as boots are now out of stock so can’t repurchase. Offered 10% refund (£8) that wouldn’t even cover half the repair costs. Just sent back for a refund and will purchase elsewhere for more.
Awful first experience and likely will not shop with them again.

Overall great experience
They were excellent. Arrived a day earlier than expected. One pair of boots fitted great and the other was way too wide in calf so I returned them the same day I got them. It was an easy return and refund. Would recommend them improving the visibility of the sizing guide but overall very happy with their uncomplicated and fast service.
