Friendly, answered all my questions and just great person

A very efficient installation and everything was cleaned as as they worked.
From start to finish we had a good experience and we're kept in the loop all the way!

Starting with James our salesman being very professional and informative to our installation crew who were very professional,efficient, and made sure we were informed about the system and left our house and working area outside spotless, and our office contact Michele in Utah everyone made this a very pleasant experience thanks

I had a very concerning experience with Northern PWR LTD o/a Fluent Solar LTD and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

During an in-home visit, I was told they would check if I qualified for 0% financing. At no point was it clearly explained that a loan application would actually be submitted in my name. Later, I discovered that a loan had been opened through Financeit without what I consider to be clear and informed consent.

After reviewing everything, we decided not to move forward and exercised our right to cancel the agreement within the legally allowed 10-day period.

Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating:
- No response to emails or phone calls
- No acknowledgment of the cancellation
- No confirmation that the agreement or loan has been cancelled

We made several attempts to contact them:
- Sent cancellation by email
- Tried calling multiple times
- Went in person to their Calgary office, where no one was available
- Sent an ExpressPost letter (signature required) to their Edmonton address, which was not received

Despite all these efforts, there has been no response.

In addition, after obtaining multiple quotes from other solar providers, I found a very large price discrepancy. The proposal from Northern PWR LTD was approximately $70,000, while other providers quoted around $28,000 for systems with more panels and comparable or better specifications. This raised serious concerns for me regarding pricing transparency.

Because of this experience, we escalated the situation by contacting Financeit directly and filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.

The lack of communication, transparency, and clarity throughout this process has been extremely concerning.

I recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company take extra care to fully understand what is being signed, how financing is being handled, and to compare multiple quotes before proceeding.

Pretty good experience

I am a relative newcomer to Northern Power but I have found a staff to be very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable.

Northern Power offer a range of services such as, natural gas, electrical power, and green energy sources, such as solar panels.

I have found their products and rates for exceeded my original expectations not only for their rates, but also for the quality of their products being offered.

I highly recommend Northern Power for your energy needs, for the quality of products and services, rates offered and exemplary staff.

After months of trying to get through to someone, Frank got my problem solved within minutes. I am very grateful.

I bought these Solar panels through Kenneth. He was very informative and friendly. I have t had a chance to really compare. It seems are bills are still a bit high.
I know they are helping.
All salesmen should tell their customers that when it snows that it will really come down off the roof. Just a reminder as we have 2 dogs. One just missed getting hit by the slide off the roof.

The men were friendly, polite, and efficient. Do to weather conditions it was slower going than planned.

If you connect with this company beware. First of all, the first promise they make is that you will receive multiple quotes. You will only receive one. The experience of the gentleman in the CBC story was almost mine. The price I was quoted was more than three times the market price. That is an ethical problem!

Read an article about how they charged TRIPLE the normal price of a solar system to a poor man and gouged him dry. This was when government was still giving 40k loans at 0% interest and they wanted him to couch up several thousand sand more dollars out of pocket!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
