I would just like to say that I've been with Northern power, I was signed up about 4 months ago I've gotten a great amount of return in my investment Troy Ellis was our representative that helped us he was very informative totally trustworthy definitely knew his information and now I'm not paying an electricity bill anymore Plus getting extra money back in return thank you Troy I will definitely refer Northern power and yourself to anybody that has interest!

Troy did a wonderful job explaining and walking me through the process for my first time using this kind of energy, it was a pleasure working with him!

Ward the best. I had no hesitation booking with northern PWR because he is so knowledgeable and I am so excited for this journey. If you aren’t going solar you need to rethink. Book with my guy ward!

Josh and Alex where great to deal with. The installation went smooth. I recommended them to my parents and sisters as well.

Initially I was impressed with my contact with Northern Power, but now I'm struggling to get them to complete repairs to interior walls they mistakenly cut holes in. I'm also finding, now that my system is operational, that I was mislead, or ill-informed, about process and cost savings. When I contacted my sales person for clarification, he did not respond. I advise you to find a different company to get your solar panels from.

Everything. They lie they are over priced.They had sent a photo on where they were going to install the panels then they installed them on the other end of they house now I have to figure out how I am going to do the renos on that .end of the house. It took them 3 weeks to get approval to start the system after all was signed and inspected. They kept giving me excuses that fortis had changed the rules. I guess our system was the first system done after the changes. Right. I was told other lies. To many to get into. After 3 attempts to get someone out to talk to me more lies. When I told him to leave he slammed the door knocking pictures off the wall. If anyone is thinking of using them I would do my due diligence.

Very high pressure, several emails per day, but ten did not show up for planed meeting, no reason, no rescheduling and now don't even have the curtesy to respond to the emails.

Total scam. Stay far awat from these turds

I had the pleasure of going over my vision with Justin. he was very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. He helped me get started with my first solar setup, and the whole process was a great experience. Thank you for the excellent work, guys!

They were supposed to pay for my post assessment but will not return calls. I now have to pay or I lose my grant. Real slimy. The company that did the evaluation has called for 6 months.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Northern PWR. The whole process from the first call to having the system up and running took just two weeks! That’s insanely fast compared to what I was expecting.

The team was awesome to work with, super friendly, always kept me in the loop, and answered all my random questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Everything went smoothly, and you can tell they really care about doing a great job.

If you’re thinking about going solar, I highly recommend Northern PWR. Fast, professional, and just all-around great people. So glad I chose them!
