I had inadvertently assigned a personalised registration plate to the wrong vehicle, which meant the vehicle’s registration did not match the details held by the DVLA. Had the vehicle been stopped by the police, this could potentially have resulted in a very serious and worrying situation.

Awful experience when getting my car fixed as it had a dangerous issue caused by their mobile tyre fitter. On the day the car was booked in to be fixed novuna employee 'accidentally' pressed the decline button on their approval system which meant the garage couldn't do the work. Waste of a journey and whole day for me. I was left calling them everyday for hours on end to find somewhere to get the problem fixed. No accountability from them and still no reply to my complaint.

Answered call instantly. Was able to change my payment dates with no hassle. Quick, easy, friendly service. Huge shoutout to Nicola Broughton who dealt with my query. Amazing customer service.
