had a lease with Novuna for 3 years and I can honestly say I never felt so let down by a company when it comes to the repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. Appointments have been changed and locations of drops off for servicing and MOT and they never contacted me to let me know. At 8.5 months pregnant the inconvenience this company has caused me due to a lack of communication has been terrible. Today I was sat in a garage for over 4 hours waiting for Novuna to authorise the use of 2 replacement tyres on my vehicle following a failed MOT. The staff at Halfords Filton were fantastic and were doing everything they could to speed things up. It was however the regional manager of Novuna Vehichle finance refusing to authorise the tyres. As mentioned I am 8.5 months pregnant being told I couldn’t drive my car away when the correct tyres were there ready to be fitted was highly distressing for me. With no others means of transport

I had an issue with my hire van upon arrival and needed to request a new one. I phoned up and got put through to Sheila. Extremely helpful from the start, took on the issue first hand and dealt with it promptly and efficiently. Advised me on what to do regarding emailing Nexus however after no response Sheila was back on it to raise it from her side. This got the issue turned around even quicker and was calling me throughout to update me so I wasn't left out the loop. This resulted me in me getting back to my work quicker and less downtime my end. Amazing service 🌟

Great people and job done as expected. Some pretty poor communications and information initially, but got there in the end.
