I needed to change inception date on my pet ins. Hannah who took the call was extremely helpful and professional and explained that i would have to cancel the policy and start again. She they proceeded to assist me for which i was very grateful. I am a new customer and was delighted with the service. Thank you Hannah.

Absolutely awful insurance provider. Customer service is appalling and they refuse to pay legitimate claims. My vets said they were the only insurance company they had known to refuse to pay for the claim I made. They also ring your mobile and hang up after 4 seconds, giving you no chance of picking up the phone to speak to them. When you call them back, they say they can’t speak to you until the next working day. They are also very rude and patronising when you do speak to them. If anyone is thinking of taking out insurance with them; PLEASE DON’T! Possibly one of the WORST companies I’ve ever dealt with. I just wish there was a ZERO star rating, as they don’t even deserve one star. APPALLING!

Easy to use and very helpful advisor- great customer service

Polly was so helpful and showed a genuine care and interest in how Reggie (my cat) was doing following his accident. It’s quite a traumatic thing to go through without all the admin that follows, so when you are shown genuine care from an agent it makes a huge difference. You could tell she is an animal lover just from our phone conversation.
She was also really helpful in terms of the administrative side of things - she talked me through what was going to happen clearly and explained that if I needed any more help to just call back. Thank you polly!
