Ordered on the 29th of December and got my order on the 3rd of January. Quick delivery. Received all items :)

Scam site - ordered on 6 December for delivery 12 December and nothing has come. No response to repeat emails/whatsapps and have to conclude this is a fraudulent company. Will seek to reclaim my money via the bank. Avoid at all costs

Amazing experience, affordably priced imported goods from north Africa/middle east. I ordered sultan tea as I tried it in morocco but couldn't find it for sale anywhere else, it arrived in a sensible time frame and I even received a call from oasis to ensure my order arrived and that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend

Ordered items on 9th December for delivery on 15th December but order not delivered. Called them and spoke to a gentleman who reassured me items would be delivered by 18th December. Still nothing received. They then stopped answering my calls. I emailed multiple times also and they never responded. Unfortunately I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. So disappointed-saddest part is that they lost my trust. It’s ok to not be able to deliver, but to refuse to communicate is really not acceptable. Do not recommend. Try at your own risk

Ordered turkish delight,paid £15.
I got an invoice but then nothing. No tracking order and this was over 2 weeks ago.i have emailed 3 times and they just ignore me.
I looked at the reviews and every single one seems to have the same writing style.
Edit,I told them I would report them and they said they cancelled my order and the payment,but the money was already taken and they havent tried to pay it back.i think these are a fake company and these are obviously fake reviews.

This was my first time dealing with your company or supermarket, but it seems to be going well. There are no problems with delivery. But in my opinion, if you could make the delivery time short, that would be good for customers.
