I have placed an order on the 22nd of January and they promised that the order will be delivered on the 27th of January and when i contacted them they assured me that it will be delivered on the 29th and today is the 4th of February and i never got any email to declare that the order has been dispatched or anything in that regards and i tried to contact them again with no reply to calls nor whatsapp messages they are completely ignoring and also i checked the website after a couple of days and there was no order linked to my account!

FLUSHING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET WILL GET YOU THE SAME RESULT AS IF YOU GIVE IT TO THEM

The communication with this seller is very very poor, they are very unreliable, cancelled delivery spot at the very last minute and rescheduled another one after a long time. It is the first time to order from them and it will be the last time

It’s amazing when I received the order am surprised that all the frozen stuff still frozen the packaging is great finally I found most the Egyptian products and the customer service really professional they apologised for the missing items and when in stock they sent it really thank you so much appreciated good job

Ordered on 31st of December, I never received the products and the company stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages, this is a scam

Scam. Takes money and doesn't provide the order. Ignored all calls and emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible services, I have ordered 5 cans of energy drink and they must be arrived on 12 January, today is 22/01 no delivery, no response on watsapp, email or the phone number. It's looks as a fraud

I bought stuff from them before and they seemed ok until my recent purchases, I have done two orders, one got delivered on time and the other was delivered weeks after. Now that’s seems to be ok, as it was around Christmas time, but both deliveries were missing most of the orders, they charged me for everything I ordered obviously but just gave me a refund of £4!! I tried to resolve the issue with them via WhatsApp and they have answered initially but guess what, after that my messages don’t even get looked at, (unless they blocked my number) I would avoid them at any price, very unprofessional and bad service

I had a good experience with this company. I've purchased my item ad get it fast only 24h. The communication was great with the update. Will buy it again.

I ordered on 4 Jan and picked the earliest delivery date available (9 Jan).
By 8 Jan my order was still showing as “processing” on their website and I had no tracking number, so I chased them on WhatsApp and by phone. They eventually answered and said they’d contact DHL to find out what was going on.
They then called me back and told me there was an unexpected delay with DHL, and said they’d send another delivery on Tuesday. They promised I’d get the tracking email on Monday, and an SMS on Tuesday with the delivery slot.
Nothing. No email, no tracking, no SMS, no delivery.
And honestly, I don’t even believe the “DHL delay” explanation, because my parcel was never linked to any tracking number, and the order still showed as processing. It doesn’t feel like it was actually sent in the first place.
I tried contacting them again on Monday and Tuesday (WhatsApp, calls, emails) and they’ve just ignored me.
Delays happen -- fine -- but don’t promise updates and then disappear. Leaving someone hanging with no tracking and no replies is not okay.
I’ve now contacted my bank to dispute the payment. Never again.

Terrible customer service. 2 months now and have not recieved my refund as per agreement.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I received no shipment information at all, and despite sending multiple emails, I never received a single response.

When my order finally arrived, it was late and incomplete. I did not receive a full refund for the missing items only a quarter of what I was owed. Since then, I have tried repeatedly to contact the store through all available phone numbers and email addresses, but again, I received no reply whatsoever.

This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was non-existent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website. It feels misleading and untrustworthy, and it appears to take advantage of customers who are homesick and looking for quick and easy delivery of their favourite foods.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website.

I placed an order with Oasis Market on December 25th. The company marked the order as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue, but I received no clear response and no explanation of what actually happened to my order.

This was meant to be a test order before placing a much larger order for Ramadan. Thankfully, I decided to test their service first. Based on this experience — lack of delivery, poor communication, and no accountability — I do not trust this company and will not be ordering again.
