The packaging was neat, secure, and well-organized, which kept everything fresh and in perfect condition. This is my second order from Oasis Market and I must say that it was carefully packaged and delivered on time, even better than expected.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for a roast duck to be delivered on Christmas eve, but it did not arrive. The fact that there isn't a landline number nor official email on their website tells you all that you need to know. I actually spoke with someone via the mobile number, who assured me that my delivery was still on track. He actually blamed the courier company for the delay. He assured me, that a full refund would be issued, should I not receive it that day. Surprise,
surprise it is now the 15th of February & still no refund. Luckily I paid via Klarna, now nearly two months later are still struggling to retrieve my payment. This is a SCAM of a company, who probably don't even have any of the products on their website. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Stay away from Oasis Marketing unless you are comfortable paying money and receiving nothing in return.

They took £70 from me for a cheese order and delivered absolutely nothing. When I tried to contact them, they blocked my number instead of resolving the issue. No product. No refund. No explanation. Just money taken and communication cut off.

In my opinion this is indistinguishable from a scam. A legitimate company does not take payment and then hide from its customers. Blocking a paying customer says everything about how this business operates.

I will be involving the police and instructing solicitors to recover my money as a matter of principle, even if it costs me more than the original amount. I refuse to let behaviour like this go unchallenged.

If you value your money, avoid this company entirely.

I paid £40.19 on 15/01/26 for a cheese order that was never delivered. After taking my money, they stopped responding and have now blocked my number and my email entirely. No product, no refund, no communication — just silence. That tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates.

This feels like a scam website designed to take money and disappear. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and involving solicitors to recover my funds as a matter of principle, even if it costs me more than the original amount. Businesses that treat customers like this should not be allowed to operate without consequences.

If you value your money, stay well away from this Frauder.

I ordered TWO types of dried fruits, I only got ONE.

2 orders placed, 2 products out of dates, 2 products not as described and 4 items not delivered at all.
No refund no response and no accountability!
They know what they are doing exactly, I can't get a refund through my bank because it was order of perishable goods and it was partially delivered, law and regulation prevents my bank from helping unless the whole order not been delivered.
They play the customer and take advantage of the Ins and Outs of the banking laws and regulations and put money in their bank accounts in thousands every week.
Do not buy and encourage other customers to read trustpilots reviews first.
And to make it looks even more dodgy and fake, if you send them emails now you get a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) back says This Address Not Found!
Disgraceful.

I was looking for my partner’s favourite Sudanese foods and drinks for a couple of months when I saw that Oasis Market stocked them. Very friendly customer emails, and I got the package In less than a week with great a great price point to the products, considering they’re not available in the UK!

Keep up the good work Oasis team.

Really disappointed with my experience as a first-time customer.

I placed an order on 14 January 2026 and found that two out of the four items delivered were expired and not safe to consume. One of them was a coffee product with creamer, which is especially worrying.

I emailed customer service on 16 January with photos and followed up again on 21 January, but I’ve had no response at all — not even an acknowledgement. I’ve now sent multiple polite emails and been completely ignored.

Sending out expired food is bad enough, but the total lack of customer service is worse. I expected at least a reply and a simple fix like a refund or replacement, but nothing has been offered.

Because I haven’t heard back, I’ll now be reporting this to Trading Standards. Based on my experience, I’d think twice before ordering unless customer service improves.
