Great supermarket with really nice products

I ordered two Tang orange drinks. They delivered them prior to the date of delivery. Good quality and value for money. Compared to the same product in other companies, Oasis one is cheaper and great service.

I am writing this review because I am genuinely disappointed and deeply concerned about the service I have received from Oasis Market. This is not a hate campaign. I placed an online order and for a week, I received nothing but an email confirmation. The delivery date has now passed and my order status remains unclear and unchanged. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact them via phone calls and messages. At first, calls were either not answered or disconnected. Messages received no response. The complete lack of communication when advertised as a “24/7 support” line was frustrating and worrying. After multiple attempts, I got through to someone and was clearly told by the man I spoke to that the order should arrive in the next few days. He promised if there were any problems, I should contact them directly and they would resolve it. I relied on that reassurance when making my purchase.
Now that there is an issue, there has been total silence. That contradiction raises serious concerns about professionalism and accountability.
Delays can happen — that’s understandable. But, ignoring customers after taking payment is not how a legitimate business should operate.
All I expected was transparency and basic customer service. Instead, I have been left chasing updates with no response. I have now initiated a dispute with my bank to recover the funds. This was not my preferred route, but I have been left with no alternative at this point.
I sincerely hope Oasis Market addresses this matter urgently. Until then, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

Great service and really impressed. My order arrived right on time and everything was packed so carefully, fresh, neat and exactly as expected. It made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.

Definitely a reliable supermarket to order from, and I’ll be using them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and dependable delivery.

Ordered Egyptian balady bread and molokhia from Oasis Market UK. Arrived next day, very well packaged, and the frozen items were in great condition. Highly recommended!

Amazing services, easy ordering system, efficient delivery and the products are as promised on the website, i would highly recommend it to all friends and family.

I placed an order for delivery to London and had a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Out of the many items I ordered, only two were actually delivered. I was then told that delivery had been “attempted” for the remaining items. This back-and-forth went on for several weeks with no clear resolution or proactive communication from the company.

Eventually, I requested to cancel the order altogether because I no longer needed the items. I returned the products as instructed, expecting the refund process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. I’ve been chasing a refund for weeks now and have received little to no response, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The representative I spoke with was polite, however the situation was repeatedly dragged out with assurances that I would be contacted or updated, which never actually happened.

Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience unreliable delivery, lack of communication, and significant delays with refunds. I would not recommend ordering based on my experience, as the after-sales support has been particularly frustrating.
