Very poor. Order never arrived and I am now chasing for a refund. I’ve had to chase the company for an update eventually getting through to Ahmed and being promised on three separate occasions that he will find out the status of my order and call me back that day but never did.

Scam!! I ordered but nothing was delivered. I tried to call them but the number was wrong. I canceled my order and waiting for refund, many reviews on their page say they never get a refund!

Authentic Egyptian Baladi Bread – Excellent Quality!
I discovered Oasis Market through a Facebook advert for Egyptian baladi bread and decided to place an order. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The bread tasted truly authentic and brought back the real flavour of Egyptian baladi bread. The packaging was also very good and everything arrived well presented.
It’s not always easy to find genuine Egyptian products in the UK, so I was really happy with my order. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend Oasis Market to anyone looking for authentic Egyptian food.

I should’ve read more reviews before ordering from this place.
I placed an order on 18/02/2026 expecting it to be delivered on the 23rd as stated on their website. That day came and went, I messaged, and emailed (the customer support and info emails are just totally unmonitored it seems), and received no replies whatsoever.
As a student wanting to get a taste of home during Ramadan, it was extremely disappointing to go through this experience and i would advise anyone reading this to think twice before ordering from here.
