The selection is good but could do with proactive customer service
The selection is good. It took some time to find a person to help us, but once we managed to find one it was very smooth. Wold be good to have someone attend to customers more proactively

Went to Chelsea branch. Kate, branch manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable so was a great shopping experience. I have bought a number of things for my home in the country over the years,always pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and of course the products.My recent trips to the Fulham Road shop,have been productive and fun.Salvo and Michael of particular help in choosing the various furniture etc needed.

Appalling service
Appalling service - waited in all day for a garden sofa - delivery time slot 12-2pm - at 8:15pm they called to say couldn't deliver as driver over his time!
No communication all day -despite double checking and them emailing to say worry not it's on it's way. Terrible service and total lack of interest in customer service. Never again!

A very helpful young man regarding my…
A very helpful young man regarding my carpet purchase. Then purchased some cushions and coffee mugs - every person I dealt with was pleasant and helpful - this was over a 3 day period. No problem with returning one cushion due to the colour which worked but was not as nice as the colour I eventually went with.

Good experience. Helpful staff. Well prepared displays.
Later, however, on opening the pair of puma book ends, I found a design fault - books rest against the rather delicate ears of the cats - a built in accident problem. I shall return them to the shop.
The onyx bowl is fine.
